We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustriaAlthough the best thing about this modest hotel is the reception (excellent: 5 stars), the Wi-Fi is exactly the opposite. If someone is going for work, this one is not the best option... Although I have the impression that most of the hotels in Buenos Aires below 5 stars seem to have the same problem.
The young people at the hotel reception offer customers 5-star hotel service. They are, of course, very professional, but beyond that, they are personally involved in resolving doubts, answering questions and solving problems immediately. Of all the hotels I have stayed in on my long trip through America, this hotel has been, without question, the one where I have received the best reception. Best regards

DenmarkThere was not enough blankets to keep us warm. Had an extra myself, so didn't ask for ekstra, but housekeeping would have noticed this. The layout of the bathroom was unfortunate. The breakfast was not worth our time, but you can choose not to buy it. The door lock was a hazzle. Everything seemed worn and the hotel needs an update (restore it to former glory in respect for the old building).
It is situated convenient. The elevator worked (lived on 6th floor). The beds were comfortable (medium). Doors were locked to the street. It is old (1904, I think) and some of the vibe is still there. Staff very friendly and helpfull. At the pricepoint: value for money.

BrazilThe wifi is simply useless. We suppose to stay in a top floor but we were told by the recepcionist the wifi was not very good there. The thing is that the wifi was actually inexistent there. We then asked for a change of room which the staff kindly conceived for a room which the wifi should work properly and still it was barely usable. Used mostly roaming data. The experience could be much more improved with simple things like WiFi amplifiers (its 2023 ffs), having plug adapters on the reception (can even charge for it!), sim cards, etc.
The staff were really helpful. Hope the manager values them. They did their best with every question and issue we had.
