Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NH hotel perfectly located in the historical center of Cordoba, steps only from plaza San Martin, the Jesuit Quarter and Patio Olmos. Many shops, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Clean and nicely decorated room with good bed, AC, laptop safe etc. Very good breakfast buffet with a variety of cold dishes, charcuterie and cheese, scrambled eggs, tasty fresh fruits, good coffee, fresh juices... Warm drinks and pastries at 5-7 am appreciated for early check-out. The staff is courteous and very helpful, and the cleaning personal very friendly.

The hotel was very well located, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms we big and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was of a good standard although the service was a bit slow for meals; breakfast was excellent.

The bed mattress could be more comfortable.
Excellent location very close to the historical city center (5m walking distance), very friendly staff, very good breakfast and a nice place to have dinner as well. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice in such warm days for a dive before dinner.

The interior, while very good looking with wood paneling, could use a bit of renovation. Wood flooring are well maintained but are showing their age a bit.
Staff was friendly and prompt in answering my in-person and room requests. Cleaning staff and service staff (at the restaurant) were most polite, attentive, respectful and friendly. A cut above. Prices were very affordable for out-of-towners like myself who paid with an overseas credit card (due to the high dollar exchange). Breakfast was superb with plenty of hot foods (scrambled eggs, ham, hot dog pieces) and local cold cuts, as well as pastries, several bread options, fruit servings. Unlike American top-tier hotels, which usually offer ultraprocessed pastries like what they call croissants, this Argentine hotel offers up various types of croissants that are locally sourced and taste great. If you think American made pastries are excellent, you need to get out of the country more often. The room was spacious, wood-paneled around the door, extending to the cupboard by the bed. Very nice wood floors. Acceptable cable TV programming.

The elevators are old as well as the bathrooms could be a bit better. Seems the bathrooms are really outdated. Having the same breakfast for 7 days became a bit motonous.
The staff is amazing the mini bar is so convenient since I arrived late at night the complimentary water is great.

Hotel is very dated and the bathrooms a legacy of the 70’s and very much the worse for wear. Peeling ceiling paint and shower not sealed. Bedding a little odd.

There are too short hours of restaturant activity at the evening and in hours a bit late like for people from Europe.
The location of the hotel in downtown is perfect, with the nice view thru the window - of my room at least, which welcomed me when came. An access to any tourist places is seen and at hand. Good breakfast and resturant. And pretty large and comfortable room.

The fact that there isn't any parking for guests is a huge problem. We didn't feel comfortable leaving it in the street so we had to walk about 4 blocks to park. It was an inconvenience, but nothing grave.
The staff was very friendly and the room was a very comfortable size.
