The hotel is located in a nice and safe neighborhood, but it is not close to the city center, you can get there by public transport. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Something could be fixed in some apartment type 309 and the device for entering the code to enter the garage could be fixed, because three times when I was there, the workers working at the reception had to come with a remote control to open for me... Everything else is ok ...

- Pretty far from the city centre, no direct public transportation available - The room had a small kitchen area in which there were no cups for tea or a kettle. I believe this is a basic thing that has to be in the room if you have a kitchen area

The adress is wrong, because it is written Grohnerstrasse 1 and in reallity the street number is 10 also in Bookong there is called 24hour Apartament and in reallity it is hotel with the normal brand. So it took time to find it. There for there was some smell in the room and very weak WiFi.

Nice and clean apartament ir suburb of Wien. The rooms was clean and comfortable, also near the apartament there is a park (unfortunately it is uncared, but it is the Wien’s problem, not apartaments).

We reserved a room for three but were given a room with one bed. The receptionist upgraded us to a suite but we couldn't stay in it due to the strong odor of smoke. This was a non-smoking room. So once again, we had to change rooms making check-in a real pain. We also didn't care much for the vomit colored stains in the hallways on the first and fourth floors going to the rooms.

The room size was good, and the beds were comfortable.

The wifi is terrible. We cannot connect to the internet during the stay. Some one took our car slot in the garage. We tried to ask the help from the staff, but he was not willing to help. He asked me to find a slot on the street.

The room we settled had no working tv, no working phone, no working refrigerator. I visited reception several times (due to unavailability of room phone) and complained about these issues. First he said "i will try to change your room", but a few seconds later he said "no room available". I said "please call someone to fix" and he said "i found an available room for you". I visited my current room and collected all the stuff, my family members (2 kids and wife) and arrived at the new room. The new room had no refrigerator/minibar (like a joke) and it was a combination of one single room with beds although the current room had two rooms separately and a kitchen. I visited the reception again and dropped the new room key without discussing anything since i understood that this hotel and the staff is not capable of fixing my problems with the room. Note: The pictures that i saw on the internet are not so close to the real pictures, be aware of this. I had asked for slippers but the hotel does not have slippers for the guests.
