I actually cannot say I didn't like something because taking everything into consideration, it was more than was expected. I cannot think of any dissatisfaction.

Awesome and friendly staff who sort to interact and build a comfortable rapport with us. A receptionist even brought us some pretzel sticks when we sat down in the lobby waiting to go out and complemented us on our dressing :) The breakfast was good enough for the star rating of the hotel and the cost. They literally give you cans of coffee per table! The rooms were large enough and really clean! I slept well! We were right on a main city avenue within minutes walk to other restaurants and cafe. One restaurant is actual attached to the hotel.

Internet was provided but was hopeless causing me to hot spot off my phone. Room was air conditioned but it appears there was an extra charge of €7 if you wanted to use it. Minimal toiletries provided.

Location was good, being in close proximity to the old town. Plenty of free parking onsite. Breakfast was quite substantial and their checkout time was 11.00am which may be helpful for some. Staff were helpful, including providing us with a kettle for the room when requested.

Our daughter was travelling with us. Unfortunately, the extra bed in our room was not very comfortable for her.

Our room was very clean. The hotel is located in the old town. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was no problem to store our bicycles in a secure place. There is a great coffee place just down the street called Rôstbar, that is definitely worth a visit.

Everything was fine, although the neighbourhood was not particularly inspiring. Not a great pace for a holiday, although we missed the spa, for which Villach is known.

Parking was immediately outside of the hotel, which lies at a short distance from the centre of Villach. There is a handy restaurant just beneath the hotel.

No elevator to bring your luggage up, if you travel with a stroller or big suitcase that would be a problem.

The check in was easy and convinient. The room was small but comfortable. Traditinal hotel in all the mean of those words.

The room was very little. The bed a bit too soft. It was extremely hot (Summer 2023!) with no air conditioning and just a fan: very annoying considering the little size of the bedroom. We kept the window open, but the proximity to the station can constantly wake you up during the night. The price for breakfast is insane: the first morning my husband had the most expensive ever capuccino and brioche, then we decided to have breakfast somewhere else.

The position is very convenient and the free parking so close to the city centre is fantastic! We didn't eat at the restaurant this time, but we ate there many times and the food is very good.

Hotel is very difficult to find in the dark. It is not on the street so navigator does not work. Parking is from an other street, would be great if you know ! The room was too warm, no airco, but the hotel is not so cheap to have no airco or fly nets for the window. Basically it is all ok, but indications……..

To have a bed…… In real the hotel is not ghat special, but the breakfast was really good and if you call late, they still pick up the phone.
