Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast for €29 is outrageous so I did not opt for this option. We just grabbed our own coffee and breakfast. Carpets in room are dated and should be replaced with flooring.
There was a sofa and a coffee table in our room which is nice for a hotel. Location is great. Walkable to the center, and you can also catch a metro and tram within a block. I bought a 72 hour metro pass for a very reasonable price and it worked out great. Access to airport and main train station is also simple from the hotel. Botanical gardens are just around the corner of the hotel. All staff members were very helpful and professional.

Coffee maschine and smart tv would be very nice but not necessary.
Room was very comfortable, well designed and very large. Everything was thought of in advance for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is 30 minutes walk from oldtown, but Karlskirche and Belvedere Palace are very close, as well as the s bahn and tram.

The shower leaked a little bit and the curtains didn’t block the sun that well but they were very minor issues
They gave us a nicer room than I paid for and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they spoke good English and were happy to provide anything’s my we needed. The hotel is situated in a very good location with easy access to a train directly to the airport and a tram stop going straight to the city centre

Not enough plug sockets in the room...otherwise can't fault the hotel. Approximately 2 km from hotel to centre of Vienna
Loved the room size and bathroom layout. All the amenities in the hotel were perfect 👌 Staff excellent and attentive at all times. Lovely atmosphere within the hotel. Close to train station to go back to airport No S7 or town centre No 71

a smell from drains when we entered our room but as we had a balcony we were able to open door and after a few minutes problem solved so no big hassle.
room terrific ,lots of space for 5 night stay. location terrific 71 tram ( 75 YARDS FROM HOTEL) straight to opera house four stops and then all transport options open. BONUS we found that we could get to airport from Rennweg train station 150 yards from hotel straight to airport costing 8 euros .

Parking is expensive @ 18 Euro per day, lobby at night is dull and dark, should be more lights, and at least some music to play as it is without any life.
Our room size was big enough to fit us as family with 2 kids, beds are comfortable, location is within 20 mins walking distance to center, direct access to garage was very helpful.

We went to Vienna to celebrate a significant birthday and the hotel staff made it really really special for us. They surprised us and prepared goodies in the room plus free drinks at the bar. Besides that the room is very spacious, everything was super clean and the walk to the city center (from the hotel) is beautiful! Highly recommend the hotel!
