Not as central as we would have liked but we were there for a busy weekend so not many other options available

The shower in the bathroom should have had etched glass for privacy from friends, even children. The restaurants and stores were a little to far to walk to.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Twenty minutes walk to Hauptplatz.

The location was very good - very close to the center. There is a private parking place in the yard. Spacious room and bathroom. Rich breakfast, kind, helpful staff. Everything was sparkling clean.

They didńt offer almost anything: not even a small bottle of water. One small piece of soap and a small chocolate: those were the gifts!

Other hotel guests were very noisy in the corridor, when they returned from their party. But rooms were soundproof.

We were just in transit on a holiday trip, and we chose the location because of the practical parking lot in the courtyard and the short walking distance to the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful; room was modern and clean. There's a nice tiny terrasse for breakfast; but we had to stay inside the breakfast room, because of rainy weather.

Location awful. Hotel unattractive. Too hot in room. Couldn’t open balcony door as the adjacent room had access to our balcony. Expensive. Breakfast wasn’t nice. Was so disappointed it certainly detracted from our stay in Linz.

Wow how did this hotel get your four stars? The bathroom was ok. Otherwise can’t rate anything highly.

The WiFi availability is zero at the hotel upstairs. From 2nd floor upwards. When I claimed this on my arrival evening the recepcionist promised the impovements. I also claimed the not connected televízión and the refrigerator that is cooled but. No minibar éven it is a 4star hotel as they advertised. When I checked out alsó mentioned the zero availability of WiFi to the hotel manőver. Claimed the forbidden improvement and asking reduction from the EUR110 single room. She was upset and shouting with me. I asked to get lower the voice because I am a guest. She was really rude and unpolite. If you want this bravely book on this hotel. This is a two or maximum 3star hotel. Not recommended. But it's your choice.

The breakfast was not good at all...only cereal and yogurt were available... there were no eggs, and no one even tried to bring fresh ones, and I sat and waited ....I had to alert the staff several times to refill. he staff was not always helpful and friendly.

There was a half empty wine bottle in the wardrobe in the room. The tisssue dispenser in the bathroom was loose and fell when I gently pulled out a tissue. The shower drain was extremely slow. The people on the balcony next to ours, which wasn‘t part of the hotel, had a party going on until 3am. It was okay to sleep with the windows shut.

Breakfast and location were good, also the staff was friendly. The interior was fairly new. We didn‘t know where to park in the city so we opted for the parking lot at the hotel last minute and it was no problem at all, cost was 11 Euros per night and we were also allowed to leave the car there until the afternoon of our checkout day.
