The noise from the pub opposite the hotel was disturbing till 11pm as they stand outside the pub and talk and drink. The city should have some provision against this public nuisance.

The location was great. 5 minutes walk from Stephanplatz so access to all transport was easy.Good safe neighborhood to walk around. The staff and reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had all the facilities and was kept well.

1 suggestion & 1 comment: - change the wall protections you have by the bed in the single room!! These are not hygienic. Replace by wood for instance. - hear quite a lot adjacent rooms, but that's the same in all Vienna centre hotels (I come every year)

All good except that we couldn’t get the electric kettle to work and it had a very short lead so couldn’t reach a power point from the table it was on.

The checking in and out staff were especially friendly and helpful. The man in the breakfast room had a lovely smile. The location was very convenient and the area was pleasant and reasonably quiet. The breakfast was good.

As we entered the exceptional hotel, we were met by the excellent person Dagmar, very fast we were checked in, she was so nice that we thought we have been known each other for ages, thanks o lot . We will miss her, only because of her we will return , location exceptional, price affordable, very clean, breakfast perfect. I recommend this hotel to everyone, you won’t regret believe me, I capricious traveler!!!

Nice and clean hotel very close to Stephanspaltz. A good breakfast turned out to be included during my weekend stay. Even though it's very central it's on a smaller street so a it's in a quiet location.

I don't have any criticisms - I can't think of anything that was wrong with the hotel in any regard. The only thing I might suggest for the breakfast would be a couple more options of croissant (raisin, almond, chocolate) along with the plain ones - but having just plain croissants in no way spoiled my enjoyment of my breakfast (and the little Austrian cakes were amazing!).

The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and plentiful supplies of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and gave plenty of options. The location was amazing - we didn't need to take public transport at all other than from the airport into central Vienna. And the staff at the Domizil are lovely, and very helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

Even the overall room, bathroom too.... My only issue was the bath area, the water would count of it and the whole floor would get really really messy. If you can please look into it. It would be excellent then

No area to have a drink or coffee in the lobby. Wasn’t able to control the AC as temperature outside not warm enough for that to work, yet room very warm.

My only complaint was that my bathroom was poorly laid out, and inconvenient for a person with mobility issues.

The only negative is that there is nowhere to sit and relax. If you are in the hotel during the day, you must be in your room.

The europe tradition of small plates at breakfast. I live with a tremor. Using a minute little dish up plate is embarrassing, annoying and uncomfortable. Two sachets of room coffee for two people when we arrived..that was it. On day 3 I noted we got 2 more sachets. Hotel could have given at leasts 8 sachets for 4 days for two people. Really small things that Hotels in Europe can work on. South Africans want big breakfast plates and enough coffee in their rooms.

Location, tradion of the hotel. The old dark wood all over the hotel. Friendly staff. The language was not an issue.
