Everything about the accommodations were perfect. Conveniently located within walking distance to town and many hiking trails. The ability to park our car here kept us from needing to find parking in town, which gets very busy.

There's nothing to not like about this place

From the moment you reach the location of the property you are left in amazement of the tranquil surroundings. The property is located about 20 minutes walk from the town square and about 8 minutes from the Salt mine entrance. The host maintained good communication with us on the lead up to our stay and told us how to get hold of them if we needed anything, replies to any questions we had were met with prompt replies. When entering you are met by a modern, cosy and well equipped property which has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The bean to cup coffee machine was a great bonus and makes wonderful tasting fresh coffee. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and extra covers if you get cold. There's blinds on the windows which do a great job of keeping light out too. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a meal, we picked up some frozen pizzas in the market down near the main square and cooked them in the oven for one meal time, then sat at the table as a family and enjoyed it. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer along with an iron and ironing board if you need it, we didn't have to use them but it's nice to know the option was there if we did. If you're looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to stay on your trip to Hallstatt, I'd definitely recommend this place. I know I'd rebook this lovely home in a heartbeat if I were to return.

The apartment was big enough for us, 3 people. It has everything we needed, even a washer and dryer. It is on a quiet street close to the funicular. And not too far from the main part of town. The hostess was attentive but not over bearing.

Great accommodation in a beautiful area about 10-minute walk from the centre of town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and allowed us store our luggage for an extra few hours after check out time. Hallstatt is a beautiful place and is worth spending a couple of nights rather than just a day trip with the crowds.

Check out time was too early (10 am). The cleaners were literally at the door at 09:55 hrs knocking on the door. Why would they expect tourists to wake up so early on their holiday in order to get out of the property ?

The place is very nice, clean and very comfortable. We could check in early in the morning at 10am to put down our luggage before going around Hallstatt. The bathroom and shower are separate. There are separate washing machine and dryer and they function so well. The bedrooms are clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable, we all had a great sleep. The equipment in the kitchen is well-equipped with oven, microwaves and coffee machines. There are salts, tea bags, chocolate powder, etc. Overall, the house is clean and tidy and everything is very new and we had a great stay there.

The flooring creaks a lot because of the floor board. It was a little noisy to walk. The sensor lighting is too sensitive to movement.

It's very near to Hallstatt Lake. Easy to walk to town. Fully equipped place with washer, dryer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, tea selection and cooking facilities. Easy to park our car. Very near to funicular. The owner, a beautiful and friendly lady, stays just next door so it is easy to communicate. Beautiful surrounding.

The lights automatically turn off after 30 seconds if you don't keep moving. Very frustrating. I had to get keys from the owner. We arrived late and almost couldn't get in.
