We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. We had a room at the back facing the gardens, which was nice and quiet. The temperatures in Salzburg were very high, and although the room did not have air con, I could sleep with the window wide open and not be disturbed by noise.

The location was excellent for us, close to the heart of the city and also the train station. the hotel felt very homely and relaxing after a day of sightseeing

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, though I would have preferred another pillow as mine was very soft. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always gave me an instant reply. There were stairs between the hotel main entrance and reception, I had to drag my huge luggage, that was the part I hated the most. I mentioned that to the staff in entrance, she actively offered the help. Much appreciated and I felt a bit sorry as my luggage was very heavy no kidding. Also, the room was bright at night with lots of lighting, love that.
