We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The air con made a bit of a clunking noise
Fab location. Great for getting the bus from the airport and a taxi rank right outside. Nice breakfast and a smallish but perfectly adequate room.

Slightly noisy on street side but that's expected in city hotel - ask for courtyard room if you need quiet. Smaller selection of hot breakfast options - eggs boiled or scrambled - but you don't need hot stuff, and cold selection is great.
Great hotel. Location was excellent, 10 mins walk to river & over to the old town. Very close to bars & restaurants - staff recommended somewhere to eat (die weisse) on our late arrival and it was great. Staff are really good, helpful, polite and cheerful. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice of various cold things. Delicious breads & pastries, yogurts, meats & cheeses. All regularly replenished. The breakfast staff kept the place clean & tidy. Lovely courtyard to sit in. Tea/coffee available 24/7 in the lounge so no requirement for a kettle in the room. The room was great, clean & neat with twin beds and plenty of room. Enough hanging space and shelves for a long weekend. Beds were comfy and linen was good quality. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem. We didn't need to use heating or aircon - just had the window open - bit of street noise but nothing you wouldn't expect from a city hotel (ear plugs worked well!). Bathroom was good - shower was hot and enough room. No luxury amenities but it's not trying to be a luxury hotel, we booked for budget & because twin rooms were available (hardly anywhere else had twin rooms unless you wanted to pay a lot more). Would definitely stay again.

THE WIFI CONNECTION WAS VERY POOR AND NOT WORKING MOST OF THE TIME

Room was warmer than our preference but we just opened the windows.
Good location, very good breakfast and staff make this a great choice. Room is basic but adequate, clean and functional. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

Quite place at night. Near to Maribel platz and evryhting you need to see (old city). Right next to it it has supermarket and the walk toad is staring. Great breakfast 👌 . I recommend it

The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes from the Mozart monument. We stayed in a nice, quiet room with a long terrace, and the breakfast was excellent.

The weather but the hotel can’t help that.
The hotel was perfect for our needs. An easy walk from the train station. Lockers to leave our bag while we went exploring. It rained a lot during our visit and we were able to borrow an umbrella. Staff at reception were lovely and breakfast spread was great.

the ventilation in the bathroom was extremely loud, sounded like the plane engine starting. Luckily, it switched off as soon as the lights were off.
the breakfast was pretty good, enough to actually have a good meal as a start of the day. I was checking it late after 10 pm, so reception was close, but they provided me clear instructions on self-check-in and it was very fast and easy

Bedroom wings sterile (ie just plain hospital like corridors). Rooms quite good but, again, only walk in shower with no safety hand rails (for the elderly) - no bath - no towel rails etc. Could be so much better if designs, decor, paintings, flooring etc coordinated by experienced designer instead of young and inexperienced 'straight line' architects in their twenties !
Modern room with good window view - but, again only walk in shower with no safety grab rails - no bath - no towel rails etc. Good bar and lounge area with free coffees etc. Good breakfasts.
