To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was really lovely we enjoyed it. Lots of variety and unlimited so can have as much or little as you want, hot and cold food options which was great. Location was perfect metro station pretty much right outside the hotel round the corner. Easily accessible to all main attractions in Vienna via metro or walking. Centre where all museums are was not far on the metro! Lots of local amenities, shops and restaurants. Room was lovely, bed very comfy, mini fridge in room which was perfect for us to keep cold drinks in (our own mini bar if you like), shower was perfect! Lovely stay!

SwedenVery warm rooms, AC working OK but still a bit stuffy. Breakfast was OK but not worth the price. There are plenty of cafés nearby where you can get different breakfast selections for less money.
Excellent location close to Westbahnhof (airport bus stop and multiple tram lines) and the cozy Neubau area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice rooms, clean, not super fancy but just what you need for a busy city weekend. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel for city explorers.

EgyptThey no longer offer a complementary transport ticket for the duration of the stay at the hotel . This was quite dispointing. We've been staying in Intercity for nearly 10 years and this was one of the perks that we felt was very convenient. We hope they reconsider this decision.
