The WLAN was only accessible in the entrance Hall and no up into the rooms. There was only one plug socket (!) in the shared room. The blanket was too thick for the season. The pillow was uncomfortable.

There is a Bus stop right in front of the host. Breakfast was early, so there was a lot of time to explore the city.

We were cold in our room (A13). The radiator was on, but not very hot. We mentioned it to reception and they told us that it's an old building and there's nothing they can do. They didn't offer us any extra blankets or an electric heater. If I were staying here again in the winter, I would check the temperature in the room before settling in. If it wasn't for this, I would have given this hostel a 9 out of 10. The reception area and dining room were warm, so the problem is just in the room.

I stayed at the hostel with my family for just one night in December. We had a room with two bunk beds. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Super friendly staff. A good breakfast. Good access from the city centre with the tram stop just outside.

The room was far too small for 6 people, 3 is really more than enough. Power socket was available only by the door.

Location, Staff, breakfast and general cleanness of the property. Bus stop nearby with connections to anywhere in the city. Tourist welcome card provided to me free of charge with some discounts and free of charge local bus/tram/train fares.

no elevator to bunk rooms. not much privacy in shower rooms. faint odars of sweat and urine. Floors in toilet areas need better cleaning .

The room has no power plugs next to each bed, there was only one plug provided for the entire room. Luckily I got the room to myself so it didn't affect me, but it could definitely be an issue if the room was full. As the hostel is cash only this makes it rather difficult for someone checking out early to retrieve their key deposit. I was told to hand the key over the night before to get my deposit back, meaning I had to leave my door unlocked while I was out that night. This presents an obvious security flaw and given the size of the hostel and amount of travellers who use it I'm confused as to why they do not offer any facilities to accept credit card, or in general has such a high key deposit fee.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. There is a tram and bus stop at the front of the hostel which is great, however it's a 10-15 minute trip into the main part of town.

Beds were sturdy but uncomfortable, restrooms could have been cleaner. Also some beds had beg bugs.

The hostel is huge, Spacious Parking, garden has a nice view. Activity room is good.

The hostel only takes cash payments, and the location is far from the town centre without many restaurants or shops nearby. There is no A/C in the rooms so it got pretty warm, even in October. We are a couple and the private room only had two single beds.

The room was clean, the free breakfast was decent (only cold items, but a good selection), and the check-in process was easy. The location is far from town but nearby to the riverfront park, so it is not a bad walk (~40 minutes each way). There is free street parking.

Only one thing - the beds are older and wooden, so unfortunately every movement can be heard.

The accommodation is not that far from the station, about 20 minutes by foot, everything was fine, nice breakfast.

hostel says free breakfast to serve but i do think it is a part of high rate. Room is very small with lockers and only one socket right next to room door for 6 roommates to share. Bed is without light, socket and curtain but it has a big cabinet at every bed. Thus, when someone turn off room's light, whole room are dark because of no light at bed's area. Room rate can be paid only by Cash. No credit card, no google/apple pay. Reception office and luggage room open at 3pm and guest must wait for it until 3pm. It definitely wastes time and is extremely inconvenient and not friendly hostel. By the way, all bed sheet, pillow sheet and coverlet need to be put on by guests and also must return to reception when check out.

The environment of the hostel was really nice, made good friends and had a memorable stay. The location of the hostel is away from the city and just perfect. The view of the mountains through the hostel window made my day.

Rooms got very hot at night and there was no aircon or fans, so we could only open the window which had no fly screen, so we got bitten by bugs while we slept. Rooms felt a little unclean too.

Friendly staff and comfy beds. Good location, right near the metro, so easy to get around.
