Sound can travel up if you get a courtyard room, can hear cars and peoples conversations.

Excellent spot. But if your taking a taxi use Lindengasse as the street address, otherwise you arrive on the shopping mall. Close to everything, walking distance to museums.

Being an architect, I would revamp the interior deco, the current one is a bit outdated.

We've previously boarded this hotel in 2018, so we knew what to expect. Convenient location. Our room was what we've imagined. Breakfast was similar to what we had before, and at the same location. Staff was friendly, helpful and promptly attending to patrons' requests.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, if you exist the U3 station at Neubaugasse and exit via Stiftgasse you will come out near the hotel FYI!

This hotel is very nice, with a great breakfast selection! I booked a double room and was upgraded to a suite! The staff are super helpful and the rooms are lovely.

The only thing we were unconfortable was one night we were coming from the metro station and the shopping arcade that connects the hotel entrance with the metro station was full of homeless people sleeping all around. We had to walk between them to get to the hotel which was quite an unsettling situation.

The rooms are suits. The living room and the bedroom is quite spacious. After spending 2 days in different cities we came back to the same hotel before our flight to spend one more night. There weren't any noice during nighttime in both rooms which were on different sides of the hotel. Cleanness and comfort was beyond our expectation, and there were treats as a welcome gift in our rooms. On the first booking they even upgraded our room and thank the hotel again for that. We had an invoice problem which was our fault at the beginning and everybody at the front desk was really nice and helpful.

There was nothing I disliked.

The hotel is very conveniently located right at a metro station, close to the historic city centre. It caters well for extended stays. The apartment was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The wifi was good and I got a free drink for each day I did not require cleaning. Staff was helpful, and friendly in an authentically polite manner. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Only grip we had was the ridiculous non bedside tables. My advice to the management as always spend a couple of nights in your own hotel. It was incredibly mild temperature wise outside and the room was permanently too warm, however we left the windows open which solved the problem

For a sub 100 euro hotel it was truly excellent. Staff gery friendly, and knowledgeable. Room was very clean. They have a program where you put a card on your door to say you don't the room or checked in exchange for free drinks !. Location is fantastic, being 300m from the U3 underground stop. 10 minute walk to the Museumn area, and 15 to the Hofberg.

Perfect location at walking distance to the MQ, city center, the Opera. Though on Mariahilfe which is a shopping area, the rooms are quiet. Big rooms with excellent beds. Conveniently located near a U3 section. Nice and friendly staff.

There was no comfortable place to sit in the room, no armchair or sofa. Also the shower wasn't heated well, It was cold to shower and there was no towel drier The floor had no carpet and was cold and uncomfortable.

The entrance to the hotel from the shopping street was not great, particularly in the evening, so would always recommend going around to the back. The hotel itself is a little soulless and frayed around the edges, though fine for our purposes.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the Hofburg and other attractions. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and had all that we needed.

Stuff could be nicer, we would expect them to be more generous with the information or at least, a smile and a friendly tone would be great (ladies at the hotel's restaurant seemed to have especially bad days while we were there). There's an online app through which guests are expected to send their requests to the stuff (for example to order additional toilet paper, towels etc), but it seems they don't actually use this way of communication.

Location is perfect, close enough (still, well trained leg muscles and good walking shoes are needed considering Vienna huge streets) to inner city, also right around the corner of MH Str. with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel garage was almost empty, so there was no problem with parking. The entrance to the parking garage is from Lindengasse 9, right at the main entrance with the reception. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options for all tastes. Family room was big and comfortable, beds were great (with the exception of the sofa bed). There's a bath tub in the bathroom, which was a nice surprise.
