The room was clean, and the beds were very good. When I reported one small issue, the staff solved it the same day. The location is very well connected to the whole city. There are buses and trains in the vicinity. Check-in was fast. In total, I enjoyed my stay.

The location is not that convenient to go around Vienna. The check-in was adequate, I was waiting a lot of time unfortunately. The towels could be a bit more clean.

Super clean room, perfect amenities and very comfortable. Loved the fact that it had some tea and coffee in the room. I could also leave my luggage after check-out.

The only thing that bothered me was that the room door was not soundproof at all! People walking past the room is fine, but the door banging in the middle of the night scared me awake every night.

Everything needed was there - hair dryer, kettle - tea/coffee, fridge, safe, TV, complimentary water. The bed was super comfy and room warm. Everything was clean and in good condition. Location is great - 2stops away from main station HBF - easily commuted to everywhere in Vienna.

Additional bed in room (for child) is actually armchair - not comfortable and too narrow. Beside cheeses, selection of food for breakfast is boring.

Good location just between city centre and Schönbrunn palace, close enough to walk there if you like walking. Friendly stuff. Clean, with nice bathroom. Interesting selection of cheeses for breakfast and good coffee.

The room was small but nicely equipped with all the necessities. The stuff was friendly and available. Great location due to the proximity to public transport (only one stop away from the Wien main station).

The fact there is visible parts of fluff in the wardrobe and fridge cabinets, quite dissatisfying to use. Question is does the housekeeping take time to care for these, because clean is not all that if there is fluff over all the surfaces in the room. Also there was a bad smell from the bathrooms (I think the toilet sewers are quite clogged), only left the room for an hour and forgot the door to the toilet open, on return there was bad smell in the rooms.

Air conditioning wasn't working and we were told it is not available during winter months. even if it's hot already in late March. Instead, the AC only heats up the room even in cool mode.This wasn't told to us upon booking nor when we checked-in. Then when opening windows to cool the room, some idiot neighbors were smoking on their window even though it's forbidden and we got the smoke in our room and had to keep windows closed. Thus, we ended up having a hot room for sleeping. Also, our mini fridge was out of order. The reception seemed not that interested in the matter.

Good beds, quality shampoo, soap and body lotion provided . Clean room and bath for luxury.

- king bed were actually two twins merged together - it may be a bit far from city center but as I mentioned the public transport’s station is so close

The hotel is situated like 20 mins by train/underground from city center and the closest station is like 5 mins walk You can find some shops and supermarkets nearby + cleanliness + stuff + breakfast ( unfortunately we have to pay for it -22€/ person but at the time of our stay there was a discounted price)

Lobby seemed a little worn out and the location is not really nice but for the price it is absolutely fine.

Check-in was friendly and easy. Room was very clean and very quiet, which I really liked. Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to our bus stop.

The gym is fully fitted with the basics, but I'd personally would love a heavier boxing ball.

The staff was absolutely lovely. The rooms are clean and colours match throughout the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, fresh, and with lots of variety. The retsaurant has a small thought through menu that's good in quality.
