Excellent hotel with very large and comfortable family rooms and a nice balcony. Also an excellent restaurant and breakfast service! Very friendly and helpful staff!! A nice garden/waterfront with access to water for watersports, swimming and sunbathing is only 3 min. walking distance away.

The dismissive woman on reception.

Clean comfortable room in pleasant family run hotel. The area by the river was lovely, there was also a small quiet garden with sunloungers. Particular appreciation for the kindness of the young woman in reception (and in the breakfast room) who took the trouble to check the time of a direct bus to the station as well as to educate the less helpful woman on reception. Thank you!

Room booked was supposed to have a bunk bed but we ended up getting a couch for the kids.

Nice little hotel, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty. The highlight was the nearby beach and the use of the pedal boat. All in all a recommendable stay.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and on-site parking, making it convenient for those traveling by car. There is a grocery store (Billa) on the other side of the road, but the hotel has a restaurant as well.

Centralized heating a bit too high. Fruit salad and fruit bowls had the same fruits for at least 4 breakfast mornings. I understand there was a lot of leftover from Easter, but some strawberries were starting to rot, as well as stale fruit salad.

The parking situation was quite busy when we arrived. It seemed like locals had parked their vehicles in the hotel's parking lot, forcing hotel guests to park elsewhere, specifically at a nearby grocery store's parking lot. The hotel management should consider reserving a few spots exclusively for hotel guests, especially those arriving from far away with luggage. The upper floors are only accessible by stairs, which might be inconvenient for some guests. There is no 24-hour reception, so we were asked multiple times about our exact arrival time, which was a bit annoying. We kept receiving requests to provide our time of arrival even after we did provide our estimate. This is really annoying because we were traveling from one town to another and we just couldn't stop worrying whether the hotel received our message or not.

We had a very comfortable, nice, and warm room, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from booking.com. The breakfast was great, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located outside of town, which made it easy for us to find without any hassle.
