Breakfast had a good variety with meats, cheeses, buns, cereal, fruit and juices. But the huge warm croissants were the best!

Bed was a bit hard and short, but it was fine. Other than that we had no downsides.

It is easy to reach. Easy parking. The pension was clean and the room was spacious. Friendly owners.

Roomy, bright room & bathroom, good value for money, very close to the Kitzlochklamm, gas station very near. They are offering rafting tours!

Its often mentioned in other reviews that outside road traffic could be noisy. We where there in the winter, without the need to have open windows. Yes, the noise in the room situated to road was notable but still at an acceptable level

Quite OK accommodation. Staff was friendly. Room was clean with a daily cleanup. Breakfasts were fresh with usual options. There is available parking straight in front of the pension.

Toilet is very eko-unfriendly. Every time you flush, it will use maybe 20l of water (it will literally fill the toilet to the point of almost overflowing) and there is no way to use less. Take 10 rooms and 3 flushes a day = 600 litres wasted easily every day. And that's probably very optimistic estimate. This thing bothers me, I'm here to admire nature and instead I see this waste of resources. Drinking water will be a problem in the future, please change all your flushing mechanisms now to save some of it already. If it were not for this, I would rate full 10.

Personnel is very kind and forthcoming. Location is good - close to all natural attractions I wanted to see. Bed was really comfy after my previous stays in other hotels.

The hotel is run by a very nice English couple who gave us lots of tips what to do. It’s also a rafting centre!

We arrived much later than the check-in time due to bad traffic and the staff were really helpful and we had everything ready upon our arrival. Out kids loved the extra large beds. And we were extremely happy to see the rooms for is and the kids were separate...and the toilet and bathroom were separate as well :-) This is not our last time here.

WiFi could have been a bit better. But was good enough for me.

The woman hosting is super friendly, good breakfast, it was perfect for us. We toured through Austria on motorcycles and this was more than enough for us to stay for the night and have a nice breakfast in the morning.

We got room on the noisy street side and it was not comfortable to sleep with open window especially in the morning when there was more traffic passing. With closed window all was fine. Other family member had room on the opposite side (no balcony) - everything was fine and no noise bothered him.

Good breakfast, quite spacious rooms and comfortable bed (great pillows finally). Room design and configuration varies- we got one with separated toilet and bathroom and balcony which is great! Staff is helpful and speaks English. Active sport options available (they rent rafts)

There was no door between the rooms in the room

We live in 2 rooms room 2+2 child. Nice big bed, can sleep 5 person in room. parking , breakfast, warm room.

The hotel's placement is very bad, no food in the area and not in the hotel at evening. The street is very dark and scary.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent
