Cleaners didn’t clean room properly

Just to be clear, we have absolutely no reasons to complain about anything. So the following are only suggestions: there are hotels where the towels are changed ONLY if you leave them on the bathroom floor. If you hang them, they are NOT changed, which is very good: less detergent, water, energy, etc. Even though we hanged our towels, they still got changed every day :) The second thing is that the garbage was not collected selectively and I am at that point in my life when I cannot throw in the same place an apple core, a banana peal, and also the plastic on some newly bought cosmetic. Could you consider changing the bigger garbage can in the rooms with two smaller ones, distinctly marked?

Quiet room, the bed was a bit higher than usually (which was great), very good breakfast. Close to an underground station and SPAR, Billa etc. The whole hotel is very clean, quiet, full of light - including the breakfast place which is at level -1 but still has windows. We stayed for 11 days and so we also got clean bedsheets after I guess 6 days or so :) Also all our requests were answered properly by the reception staff.

View from my room was a panoramic view across the city, however the area the hotel is in feels a bit dodgy at night, feels a long way from the glittering centre of Vienna. The coffee machine in the room was ridiculously complicated, no instructions - had to download the instructions from the website - couldnt work it despite it being called the Tchibo Cafissimo Easy! Something went wrong! Told reception said they'd send someone, they didn't - tried the next day, still no repair person, the reception guy got me a new machine, said he didn't know how it worked either, just gave up in the end as it had been in storage and needed to be primed before use - not what you need when all you want is a hot coffee in the morning! Also they seem a little shy in giving away those coffee pods!

Approaching the hotel my heart sank, it looked awful but once inside there was a nice atmosphere, everything looked new, clean and recently upgraded (?), Staff were very friendly and helpful - reception open 24 hours. There is a small bar with popular drinks and some hot snacks, If possible try and get the breakfast included as the breakfast buffet is AMAZING! So much choice, I had different foods every day - hot food - scrambled egg, bacon, frankfurters, cold meat, cheese, veggies, tons of different breads and pastries - smoked prosciutto ham, sliced thinly for you by the staff - even sparkling wine on the buffet - all this from 6.30am! There is a Spar supermarket next door and this is a big plus although it closes at 8pm. My room was a comfort double and was the same high quality look as the rest of the hotel, comfy bed, pillows, telly, fridge - nice shower room with hair and body wash -everything top class - The U-BAHN underground station is opposite and it's on line U4 -15ish minutes from Wien Mitte railway station where the airport train gets in....there are a couple of bad things though....see below

The hotel name does not appear on Google maps and most taxi drivers recognize the location as star hotel. They should update google maps.

The noise from the street. With open windows it is imposibile to sleep . And inside the room, the air conditioner made some noise as well . At breakfast , the number of tourists was disproportionate withe the quantity of food, so i ended up waiting in front of the food platters with an empty plate.

The room's balcony door was out of order and we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air.

The location is far from the center but the metro station is 1 minute walk from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room small but clean with nice finishes. The staff was very friendly too. It is a very good and affordable option for Vienna!

It is not very clean. The room is rather dark. The room has a coffee machine, but coffee capsules are given for only 1 day. Tea bags are provided, but there's no kettle. The main problem is that a busy avenue runs in front of the building, so that it is very loud, even in the night time.

The hotel is located close to the U-Bahn, they let us check-in earlier. The hotel has a food machine available 24/7. A Spar supermarket is located at the ground floor as well.

When we arrived our reservation didn't came through and when it did they didn't have rooms for 2 available. After a bit of back and forth and since I had paid already, the person at the check-in desk offered us a family room for the same price. So a bad start, but a really customer-friendly solution was offered!

The location is perfect, very easy to reach with the metro. The hotel looks beautiful and the rooms too. Apparently it was recently renovated.

The staff reception promessed us 3x times there will be a breakfast to take away. We had an early flight. 3x times they have told us a lie. There was nothing ready. Breakfast cost is for us 4 persons and there was further no contact per email about this as promessed by the receptionist. So another lie.

Locaties was perfect next to underground and there was a good Japanese restaurant in the area.

Not all the receptionists are willing to help (I asked for a map of the underground and she sent me across the street to the underground station - later I discovered that they had on the desk). After the first night they mixed up the towels in the bathroom and never arranged them back; the coffee machine was not cleaned and coffee tabs were not replaced. The room was not arranged and cleaned properly.

Very comfy beds, nice rooms. Location next to the underground station, parking underground. Breakfast quite good, if not crowded.

The biggest drawback in my opinion is that you don't see anything written anywhere, other than in Austrian language. Looking at the reviews I see that the hotel is mostly visited by people from other countries. So, what's the point of e.g. to have so many channels on TV but in only one language Austrian/German? Someday, all these countries who live mainly on foreign tourism, they have to understand that it shows disrespect to the tourist when you force him to use google translate for anything he does during the day.

A hotel that honestly delivers what it promises. It is in a very convenient location for the metro. Staff is friendly and helpful. A great advantage of the hotel is that at the reception there are people from various ethnicities Greeks, French, etc. which can be particularly useful for those who do not speak Austrian or English.

When I was waiting to check in, two ladies came in. There were three staff at the front desk. They did not wait behind me but in front of one of the staff. The staff accepted their check-in first. Such a trivial happening caused a poor impression.
