Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is my second time to stay in Vienna. I booked a suit for my two friends and me. It has a large living room with a large sofa bed enough for two and a bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom and toilet are separated which is very convenient for 3 girls. There are microwave, fridge and coffee machine to prepare simple meals. But I am afraid you won’t need it in the morning since the breakfast is very good in the hotel. It’s a working distance from Karlsplatz, very convenient especially when you want to walk a little after a wonderful night in the opera house. You can also take subway from here. We all like every part of the hotel and definitely will stay here again next time.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit "prone to get stuck", but at the end it worked.
The position of the Hotel is optimal, very close to U-Bahn 1. The quarter is tranquil. It takes about 20 minutes walking to get the closer Ring. The room was very clean, well heated, the bed comfortable and all around in general very quiet.

The rooms are not fancy or very modern, but seemed fairly well maintained and clean, with the exception of some chipped paint on the heater radiator. At the same time the hotel is good value, and personally I think good maintenance is a better policy than frequent refurbishment that would require them to charge more.
Location was good, area seemed clean and safe, with many restaurants nearby. It was quiet, the street was not too busy. Its a short walk to the metro station, which is 1 metro stop from the main train station, and 2 stops from the old town center. Hotel was clean and the staff friendly, breakfast was good. The room had a small kitchenette which would be a plus for a longer stay where someone wanted to prepare a snack for themselves.

We stayed in a suit room with seperate bedrooms. Beds can be changed with more comfortable ones. A bit old. All the rest was ok. Very close to train. Tram pass in front of it.

The lack of milk as discussed. Help with finding parking could have been a huge benefit, because it is very disruptive to keep rushing back to pay for more parking.
the room was comfortable and very clean. It was quiet and I liked that I could control the temperature. The mini kitchen was great, but I would have like a little milk, because it's hard to buy milk on a Sunday. The location was great and the staff friendly. IT was good value for money.

Not a complaint but could you ask them to make clear which Metro Station is the nearest to the hotel - that would make getting to the hotel easier.

Our bed was close to the hallway so whenever someone hard closed their door it would be heard in our bedroom.
Room was spacious and clean. There were a lot of things to choose for breakfast and everything we tried was tasty. Location is great as it is close to metro station, if you don't want to walk, but it is also close enough to city center that you can easily walk to everywhere. Staff was open to help and provide any needed information.

The mattress needs replacement. The beds are too low. I personally don't like bath tubs in bathrooms.

Great location very close to metro and Karlplatz etc., everything very nice and clean, helpful and friendly reception staff, and lovely breakfast. I really appreciated the coffee machine (great capuccinos) but there was also lots of healthy and vegan breakfast options, really nice little place and good value for money.

The location is excellent! It's walking distance from the train station and to the Old Town. Really nice neighbourhood with great local restaurants. The staff are all friendly. In a historic building, one must expect smaller bathrooms, so if you have mobility issues, the WC and shower could be tricky. Little details are missing in the room: we couldn't properly wash our dishes (no soap, no wash cloth, but we didn'task for it); we ran out of WC paper and tissues and had to ask for more. However, overall an absolutely great place to stay.

Hotel advertises as offering parking, but in reality, they have only 4 parking places for cca 50 rooms. Instead, they suggest parking the car at an expensive garage in the neighbourhood. I booked the hotel exactly because of the parking and was disappointed. They also advertise very good breakfast. Breakfast isn't bad at all, but just average. If I knew, I would book a room without breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel serves its purpose, you can leave your luggage, sleep and shower.
