Air con not available because of season, but weather was hot! Fine at night with open window.

Lovely, quiet courtyard room, friendly and very, very helpful staff, great breakfasts. Great location too, away from most of the big tourist crowds but within easy walking distance of main attractions--and close to tram and underground services. Sauna an extra bonus.

The building is looking old but inside is awesome. Location is good but not so close city centre. You can walk everywhere but it takes 10-20 minutes. WiFi is unstable in the room. Anyway I suggested this hotel.

Lovely hotel with beautiful courtyard garden. Room was spacious and clean and staff were absolutely fantastic! Supermarket and pharmacy across the road and a beautiful park a five minute walk away. Great location. Would definitely stay again!

The heat and lack of functioning hear conditioning. Even in early April, it is too warm in the bedroom and we had to keep the windows opened (recommendation from the reception...) all the time and at night. At least we did not have to use the little sauna in the basement since we had a permanent sauna in the room.... :-( While most of the staff were very nice, we had some mixed experience at breakfast and in the bar. Only one small lift so waiting time and queues at busy time. Toiletries, need to ask as not automatically in the room. Towels are on the small and thin side for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the Museum quarter, just behind the Parliament, in quiet area, close to public transport, 20 mns walk to Opera. Easy to find and close to some market occasionally set-up on a square nearby. The breakfast is varied. Most of the staff nice and pleasant. We stayed 6 days so overall nice accommodation in this medium sized hotel.

Close to see a part of the city and the breakfast was amazing, only if you travel with your pet except to pay 35€ for one night and there was dust in the room.

The Staff of the hotel was very friendly and willing to help us. The room was very clean and comfortable! Also the location of the hotel allowed us to reach every monument on foot and that was very convenient.

All good. We were there in spring and air conditioning seemed to be set still for heating. We just turned it off and opened the window. Perfect.

Nothing. It was too hot in my room for about 5 minutes until someone instantly came to resolve the problem! I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

I arrived from the night train to drop my bag at the hotel in the morning and was given early check-in, which was really appreciated after a long journey. I had a single room but it was plenty spacious for one person. Facilities were perfect with an excellent shower and the mini fridge was very useful. Breakfast was fantastic (and included Prosecco!). Location was ideal for exploring the main sights of Vienna, as all were in walking distance. Staff were amazing - so helpful. They gave me advice about local sights and helped me with a small problem in my room without any pause.

When enquiring about the opportunity to use the meeting room, I was informed that they do not have a meeting room (when there is literally a sign on the first floor pointing "Meeting Room ---->". Also there is nobody to help you carry your bags up to the stairs to the reception. Other than that everything was perfect.

The hotel had a lot to offer - gym, spa, good breakfast, clean and beautiful rooms, nice design. Almost everything one could expect. Also the prices were reasonable, beds comfortable.

It was clean and very nice. I had the best welcome and free cake and bubbles for my bday. Aleksandra is the best hotel representative I have ever met. Great experience and surely I will go back!

Our stay at this hotel in Vienna was exceptional! Perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all major attractions. The hosts, especially Aleksandra, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna. A solid 10/10! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
