Reliable boiling water for breakfast tea would have been good. This hotel does groups, so some things clearly aren’t important. But I like my tea to be properly made and boiling water is not exactly an exotic request. The machines were unreliable, and staff helpless And the carpets in the public areas need a v good clean …yuck.

Hotel does not replenish the toiletries after the 1st day. There is a construction site next to the hotel so not a very pleasant sight especially our room are on the 1st floor. Slightly dim at the living room as we have 1 bedroom and a living room during our stay.

The location is good which is about 8 mins walk from the train and bus station. The breakfast has reasonable and balance selection. The room is sizable for 3 persons.

It would be great if the hotel had special rates for the hotel's underground parking. Now there is construction and heavy machinery working near the hotel. This is all temporary, of course, but please be aware of it as the noise starts from 7am and continues until 6pm.

The rooms are very spacious. The beds are super comfortable. Lovely big TV that is comfortable to watch right from the bed. The hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The hotel is not that far from the city center and Mirabell park.

The noise and expensive based on the value for money

The hotel was fine, but there was some road works with a lot of noise. The good thing was very close to the mall were was some restaurants

We stayed in a business class room, which was lovely and spacious with lovely views from our window. Beds are comfy. However, pillows are not so much as they are too soft for me. The pool and gym area are fantastic. I'd recommend staying here to anyone 😊

The room was quite cold for our taste, I would say it was around 20-21 degrees, which is not bad, but we like it a bit higher 23, we set up the AC to 25 degrees, but the temperature stayed low unfortunately. The EV charging stations, they have 5 places (if I remember correctly), 2 of them were busy by cars that were not connected to charger, which is not fair since we wanted to charge our car overnight, I think this should be checked by the Hotel Personnel and keep the EV places for the people that really need and want to charge their cars.

Easy to reach the hotel, the checking process was fast and painless. The room was clean and quite big, great bathroom, very spacious.

We booked the hotel because of the pool, but we couldn't use it because its temperature was 26 degrees. It's a bit too cold for winter! The location is good if you arrive late or leave early by train, but note that the surroundings are two construction sites and the back of a mall with trash containers.

Good room size. Close to the train station, which was convenient for us as we arrived late and tired. You can get to the city center by walking (20-30min) or several buses in 10-15min.

Location is a few minutes from station where there are transport links, shops, takeaways etc so everything nearby. Its a 20 minute walk to main tourist area or a 10 euro taxi ride Hotel has parking underneath, was easy to use and costs 16 euros a day, lift takes you from car park straight to reception or your floor Was quick to check in, our room did not have the cot bed we requested but this was rectified in minutes. Used the pool and sauna a couple of times, we stayed at a weekend and they weren’t very busy which was nice but didn’t bother with breakfast as thought it was too expensive. Rooms were a good size and bigger than average bath tub which was nice. Overall very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend
