RomaniaFor me it wan not so obvious how to get there by foot from the train station, but oncei learned the way it was very easy.
I chose this hotel due to the fact that it is very close to the train station, because I was in transit and had only one night available in Vienna. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, clean, a very good price-quality ratio.

IsraelThe reception process was a bit tidy with the form filling. Somehow it was not receiving my info from booking.com as I hoped that it would be. I prefer to have everything set ahead. Sos maybe it is somehow my fault.
The room was partitioned well. The internet was fast and reliable, and the shower was nice - I like that the bathroom was separate and not with the shower. The location is superb on the one hand it is close to the train station and one can go by foot and take VAL to the airport. Breakfast is rich with a variety of things I liked the omelets that were made for me. I enjoyed the gym. It's very nice to have a Gym, I used it primarily for Yoga. I wish there was a way to shut down the music - as nowadays everyone comes with its Bluetooth earbuds to the Gym it don't make sense to play music there.

AzerbaijanThe location a bit far by walking to the center when there is a windy, but this is not related the hotel.
We just stayed for 1 night. The room was big enough and clean. I king bed and 1 sofa bed. We were 3 people and sofa was so big that 2 people comfortably could sleep on. We did not have breakfast as had to check out early in the morning. I really liked this hotel, as it was 5 min walking from Wien Hbf, market is on the next door. Wifi speed was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

United KingdomThe friendliness of team the is great, very nice people. The location is superb with the main train station and a metro station with a 5 minutens walk. You will be in the center of Vienna within 20 minutes. The room was clean and with comfortable beds and they have a generous check out time. Breakfast is also very good with plenty of choice. I would stay here again for sure!

Great location near Hauptbahnhof, friendly staff who helped with check in when I arrived very late after flight delays. Comfortable and well equipped room.

HungaryThe staff. I received a letter from the hotel, directed to me, specifically, online checkin link and stating information like I am eligible to stay until 2pm. I thought this was true, but in fact, it was not. When I pointed out that perhaps one should not use these phrases in a direct email, the management was arrogant, stating that I was not a direct booker, so an email greeting me by name is not about me. It is not about the fine, not about the money: I have left there much more. It is about the sad fact that the staff ruined an otherwise pleasant journey and miscommunicated this, and our final thought about Vienna was shadowed by this event. Even if I understood the circumstances wrong, treating customers like this is unacceptable. Please fix the emails you send out. And please be more thoughtful and welcoming next time. You lost us, though.

United States of AmericaYou do have to go about a mile to get to good restaurants and attractions, but the metro is right there and if you’re adventurous you can take bikes.
Very Modern Industrial look. The room was really comfortable, large walk-in shower, vanity table with mirror & balcony. The hotel also offers access to bikes you can check out for the day and come back to a hot sauna. Great looking gym and a full bar and restaurant. The staff was amazingly helpful and very nice. The hotel is 180m from the train station.
