You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No towels. No reception these days ,so had to phone to ask for supplies. No proper extractor fan over hob.
The 2 bed apartment was dated, but it was spacious and had most things needed for self catering. Lounge chairs were comfy. Pool was ok. Quiet street near esplanade.

Couldn’t fault it. Nice and quiet and walking distance to the beach and restaurants

The shower glass could have done with a clean. Pillows a bit too soft for our liking. One corner of the carpet had tape to hold it down, but it is lifting. Bit wary, as my sister has just had her knee op and I am waiting for my knee repair. So conscious of that.
Value for money, especially being pensioners. Location great, again being of the older generation, everything was close at hand even for walking. The room had everything you needed. Appeared quite, even though there were other people staying there, which was nice.

The big storm we had that left us with no power ,no phone and no internet .Not one member of staff came to find out how we were coping.
Staff were very pleasant . Maintenance people were excellent ,fixed the blind and found a sink plug within an hour .

No rail on the pool stairs. As we are elderly it would be difficult to get in and out. Therefore we didn't use the pool.
We really liked the recliner chairs, they were very comfortable. Position was good. Bed was comfortable, shower was good.

Very dated hate the painted brick, need to update and plaster board everything to bring it into this century. Get rid of all the browns and magnolia and get some nice bright whites in there. Make it feel more coastal. Could have done with some air con in bedroom too
Good large apartments that have everything you needed for a couple of days stay at lakes entrance. Check in was easy and well communicated. Was clean and pool was nice. Would recommend Lonsdale Eco cruise which is a 10 min walk from accommodation we loved it saw loads of seals and wildlife.

Kitchen resources are old and need to be replaced, especially the pans were scratched and old. We bought our own.

There were a few maintenance issues. 1 - front wire door got jammed and we couldn’t get out. Was fixed immediately by a lovely maintenance man. 2 - back door was hard to open and close 3 - microwave dish was broken only noticed when we went to use it on the last night. 4 - laundry trough cupboard door fell off when we were using the washing machine 5- of a night when it rains there is a dripping noise that you can hear in both bedrooms keeps you awake 6 - no vege peeler or tongs 😩😩😩

There are no charging points / plug points for EV’s in the undercover car port.
Located very close to the shops and eating places. A few minutes drive to the Esplanade and the ferry terminals.2 supermarkets close by which was very handy.

That the twin bedroom abutted the kitchen on the other. You could hear the other visitors opening and closing doors and drawers and running water.

Seperate toilet from Bathroom would be helpful when you have friends syaing with you.
All we needed was there. The beds were comfortable. Good size room for 4 of us. Faciliites were spotless. Easy access to locations.

Could have sharper knives to cut food etc, a masher for potatoes & needs paper towel available. Better toilet paper would be nice.
