You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe parking wasn't assigned and found that apartment next to us had multiple vehicles that took up all the parking near our room making packing the car with stuff for us and the kids a bit annoying.
We stayed not long after the new owners took over. They were very friendly and happy to take feedback. Being near the botanical gardens was a bonus, as we were able to take a stroll through when going for breakfast there. There was also a great cafe for breakfast across the road. The room was unexpectedly large for motel-type accommodation and truly was an apartment.

Very clean and tidy. Did not have breakfast - and because of the hot weather did not look around the area but it appeared to be well located. Not far from the lake. No traffic noise of note. The Studio room we stayed in was exactly what was required. The motel is a little way out of the City Centre - which may not suit some, but was most suitable for what we were looking for.

The property was clean, good value for money and the staff very helpful. We needed a last minute after hours check in and Harry was very helpful and arranged it for me on the night, he had even left the lights on in our room! We were flying from interstate for a basketball tournament with delayed flights, so the understanding of staff was most appreciated!
