The cleanliness, the place needs a really good clean. Air conditioning vents are clogged with dust.

Lack of condiments, no coffee pods, no wifi or streaming services. Wifi and streaming services needs to be removed from the ad as this is false advertising! Really annoying having a coffee machine supplied but no coffee pods. These things let down the experience of staying in such an amazing place.

Fantastic location, incredible view, the pool, it’s spacious & comfortable, short walk to the ferry & IGA.

The alloted parking space was very tight for our large vehicle (landcruiser) - luckily no one parked beside us. The apartment was a little dated and showing signs of needing maintenance. Wind was blowing a gale when the back sliding doors where open - we had to be very careful when using the front door as it would slam shut on us.

Wasn’t soundproof and didn’t provide streaming services as mentioned in listing. Used bandages behind pillows on the couch which was very unhygienic. No locks on bedroom doors

Whilst listed as 4 bedrooms, one of the rooms is actually a balcony set up for children(2 small bunk beds) and is between 2 of the other bedrooms. Not ideal for 5 adults. A few issues with maintenance: main door of bed 3 was broken, so it couldn't be opened, meaning access was through the other 2 bedrooms; no staff available on Sunday to fix a broken light in the toilet, and door handle to balcony broken.

Location was close to everything in Nelly Bay and view was amazing. Living area was large.

The location is spectacular with uninterrupted ocean views. The apartment was really well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was close to the bus stop, shops, restaurants and the ferry terminal.

Absolut waterfront ! looking onto the ocean! bright, big rooms, two showers, one bathtube, two separate toilets, big kitchen, nice verandah, one bedroom rather small (for kids or toddlers, but no aircon and no mossienet there)

Certainly areas of the kitchen had not been cleaned but this was quickly rectified by the management. Was also surprised that the was no wifi or nbn at the complex and no smart tv in the apartment especially as the mobile internet is patchy.

The apartment was missing some condiments (Salt)? It's quite a cool apartment in the afternoon because of it's position facing south east. It doesn't get any afternoon sun. So pack your jumpers if you go in winter.

The apartment was huge (4 Bedrooms) and fantastically located in Nelly Bay overlooking the ocean. It would be great for a family or a couple of couples. We only used one of the 4 bedrooms but it was fantastic and had a superb view of the water. The bed was very comfortable (so much so that I took pictures of the mattress brand so I could buy one when I replace mine! Some of the fittings had seen better days due to the salt exposure. But that's to be expected. Oh, and it needs a new front door. It was a bit more expensive but good value compared to the other rooms available at the time and the owner was really helpful when my grandad died and I had to alter my booking to get to the funeral. Definitely recommend.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this apartment but the apartment does over look one of the pools in the complex. This could be a bonus for some families but other people may not like this. It didn’t bother me at all.

The view from the apartment was picture perfect. I loved watching the sunrise each morning & hearing the gentle sounds of the ocean. The apartment is in a great location - easy walk from the ferry terminal, the buses & the supermarket. The apartment is well fitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

No wifi Floors were very dirty on arrival. We mopped and vacuumed first day. Attention to detail when cleaning: Behind bedside tables. Found uneaten piece of chocolate and very dusty. Curtain very grotty and stained in second bedroom. Fourth bedroom - should warn that it is a small cubby with bunk suitable for small children only. Tap handle in shower of main bathroom fell off.

Views were spectacular and the balcony was spacious and overlooked both the pool and sea. Full kitchen with plenty of utensils and full size fridge freezer, preparation area, dining area were great. Pools were amazing. Beds were lovely and clean and comfortable. Laundry was good to have. Enjoyed games that were provided.

Poor service and response time at checkin - it was a Sunday so had to ring a buzzer. No one answered or came for a long time. A few fixtures and minor things in the apartment could do with fixing/cleaning. The customer service on checkout however was fantastic.
