The access to the beach was excellent. The staff were lovely and it had everything we needed.

As a budget cabin( 172 a night ) the cabin was clean but outdated , the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner/heater is on top of the wardrobe, it’s doesn’t quite reach the room, but that’s was ok .had to move the tv out from in front of it, there was a dirty sock under the bunk bed with a folded sheet, an old bread bag tag stuck under tap handle, but they were minor issue but my problem was with the bathroom ,the door doesn’t close and it’s got a big gap at the bottom ‘ but it’s a very musty wet smell ( like it’s been wet and not dried) the window could use a though clean , and no security door so could leave door open , and had to lock ours self in of a night because no lock on door , apart from that overall good , wouldn’t call the price budget 5/10

BBQ area light left on all night and lit up our room like a Christmas tree. I couldn’t see anywhere to turn it off

The beds in bedroom 2, weren't made. I had to do them for my kids and the bunk beds were dusty.

The location. It's very close to the beach. The place is also secured with coded gate and it's also peaceful and quiet.

Bed was abit too small and the aircon didn't work properly. It only cools down the lounge area and not the bedrooms.

Near the beach and great facilities and the room had plenty of spare towels. Also the pillows were soft.

Bed was too soft for me, but you’ll never get it right as someone else probably likes a soft bed - certainly not a deal breaker Ceiling fans in the bedroom would be great for future upgrades

Bed was uncomfortable slopped into the middle. Standard room san fittings were just that quite standard - but the upside was it was pet friendly and I could have me dog with me.

Location beautiful closes to the beach and easy to access. Pet friendly was much appreciated. Communication from venue great txts even for a coffee van in the AM on site.

The park signage wasn't great. We did miss the driveway & had to go around the block, being a reasonably busy road. Our cabin had a very bad odour and we had to open up to air it out. The fan switch was broken, and while we could turn it on - we couldn't turn it off. Had planned to tell the reception staff at the office, but got a rude message on our phone at 10.10am, while we were packing up our car in the rain, that we were late vacating and to please leave as soon as possible. (We were taking our bags of rubbish to the bins at the time) So we just left.

The location was good for us, right near the beach. After hours key collection was a simple sms process, and thanks for having the air con going for our arrival on a super hot day 👍
