Nothing really- we had a very pleasant stay and look forward to returning again.

The hosts Karen and Bob were so welcoming and warm. We enjoyed our little chat over breakfast- and the breakfast itself was lovely. My husband is Scottish and enjoyed haggis after a long time! The rooms were very comfortable and the location is perfect. We loved the way Karen and Bob have sent up the living and dining areas and the decor of the room.It was quiet and peaceful, just the kind of break we needed. Also thanks for the travel advice as we had a great drive down the heritage trail.

Sea view, queen room with balcony. Absolutely stunning view. Karen and Bob went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible. Karen gave us tips and maps of where to visit. A good selection of choices for breakfast. A full English breakfast was our choice, cooked to perfection by Bob.

We stayed here 11 yrs ago and had fond memories. We were not disappointed to return. The room is cosy and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Little extra supplies like real milk in the fridge and a decanter of port to enjoy. . Full breakfast included. Lovely views of the water.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the bed was especially cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was small but spotless, and the attached balcony was handy for afternoon reading. Our host Bob was welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful with suggesting ideas for our travels. Breakfast was delicious each day

Could not think of anything we did not like

The location was lovely with water views, and a balcony to enjoy this view. The room was comfy and the room had every little thing you could possibly think of (including a little nightcap of port!!) but honestly the owners have thought of everything. The included cooked breakfast was hearty and a great start to the day. The owners were also very helpful with hints and tips.

They have thought of absolutely everything and it was a real home away from home. Loved our time staying here. We were taking a road trip around Tasmania and this was our best accom from a long shot. Worth every penny. Definitely stay here is you are in the area. Consider staying here if you are heading to/from Freycinet. Worth the extra drive for perfect accomodation.

The host Bob was so welcoming, friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Parking was on site. The breakfast provided was made to order and delicious. The room and bathroom although small was spotlessly clean, had tea and coffee making facilities and was very comfortable. The location was directly across the road from the beach and central to everything.

Best breakfast of our trip fresh orange juice amazing fruit salad and yogurt cereal and beautiful cooked breakfast even had black pudding amazing coffee absolutely delicious. All enjoyed in the sunny dining room overlooking the sea. Amazing start to the day!! Thanks so much Ron.

Everything exceeded expectations.

Freycinet Waters is an excellent B & B in Swansea. Hosts Bob and Karen made us feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional. Our room was well appointed with all facilities and a lovely view of the beach.I would recommend to stay here when visiting Swansea.
