We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur only complaints were that the rooms are too cold - it’s actually warmer with no air conditioning on at all, our smoke alarm was covered in cling wrap (presumably by previous guests who tried to smoke in the room), and that under the beds need to be checked/vacuumed as our baby found a sleeping pill belonging to a previous guest while playing on the floor.
All staff that we interacted with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After travelling for a large portion of the afternoon with a baby, they welcomed us with open arms and did the most to ensure we were comfortable.

AustraliaThe room was too hot for us overnight. We couldn't lower the temperature and there was no way of getting any fresh air. I slept poorly. We spoke with front desk staff about this on leaving and were told management was aware of the issue as it was a common complaint. We decided not to have breakfast and rang the front desk to tell them we wouldn't be having breakfast expecting this would result in a reduction in our room charge but we were still charged for breakfasts on checkout.

AustraliaI couldn't get a basic sandwich made up which was annoying, it had to be something off their menu. Also reception check in / check out very inefficient. Had two people push in front of me on two separate occasions and the staff didn't notice / didn't care. Another guest checking out wanted and itemised account and spent 10 minutes arguing with the staff. The manager came along and sorted it out no problems.
The rooms were lovely and spacious, very clean. Breakfast was fabulous with great service. We also dined one night in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
