Heating did not seem to work (only cooling). Shower mechanism could be improved.

The apartment was spacious and well laid out. A decent sized deck. The beds were comfortable. Convenient location. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

First room we were put in absolutely stank but housekeeping agreed it was not habitable and we were moved. Only one service in 6 days.

Second room we were offered had a nice view and was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Apartment is close to light rail and train station.

Check in was slow, staff were not engaged with my check in needs and caused delays due to validating parking.

Location to everywhere CBD is always good. short walk to Darling Harbour area aswell

The parking fee is insane. It’s very expensive!!! The washing machine and dryer was very dirty!

I like the area as it’s accessible to the places I want to visit. They are also quick to respond to your request. This has been my 2nd time since last year in this hotel.

The left/elevator. The hotel building has 4 or 6 lifts, supposing to meet the customers' needs. However, the lifts are centrol-controlled. Customers have to tap the room card to register. "Smart Software" will assign you a lift number. The result is: Low efficiency! Many customers are waiting. The longest waiting line I saw was about 40-50 people.

The room and the convenience. No room-clean every day, but you can ask for supports.

I would have given 10 stars all the way but....I was asking staff to help me move my 4 luggages as I was about to check out. concierge staff said I need to bring the huge push cart by myself from downstairs to my room and bring back my luggages by my self. I did and the push cart's wheels were broken does not push in proper direction. I almost broke the elevator because I kept hitting the walls plus the weight of my luggages made it worse. I was alone as my family were in the museum I told the staff about that. I payed so much for 2 nights stay and a simple assistance to move our luggages can't be provided by Meriton. What if the guests were seniors or with back problems. Dissapointing in that aspect.

Still never got the room I actually booked ,checked in and 330 but room was still being cleaned,even tho a sock was left from last guests and cigarette butts on small balcony.we don't smoke!!

Room wasn't serviced and we had to ask for towels. Also the shower head had poor water flow, it was a mist rather than a shower.

I would have liked a USB plug in by the desk or on the bedside lamp. We all travel with phones that need charging each night. A stand or fold down shelf to place luggage on would be a great asset.

Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Great to have a washer and dryer. I loved the full sized fridge. The apartment had plenty of space and a decent balcony. It was great to have public transportation just around the corner from the hotel - you can catch a tram, the train, a bus or a ferry with little effort. There were dozens of restaurants within a block or two as well as two major grocery stores within a couple of blocks.

Delay with check-in, poor communication as to reason for delay, had to repeatedly ask when our room would be ready. Admittedly they were very busy but we were exhausted & didn't need a 90 minute delay at that stage ! Also we found the sliding wardrobe doors were broken & required some maintenance.

HUGE problem: entryway and hallways infused with horrible overpowering sweet perfumed air. Thank goodness it wasn’t in the apartment. While we liked the apartment, wouldn’t want to stay again with that smell.

Mostly quiet as long as didn’t open window to hear all the air conditioning machines. Convenient location - easy to walk or take bus to restaurants and tourist locations either uptown or downtown. Nice pool. And had a mini espresso type machine. And milk. Staff brought extra milk,tea, coffee pods as needed and replaced machine that malfunctioned. Had washer and dryer. Wished we had asked for room with a harbor view
