We were in a downstairs unit which was noisy during the night when there were guests upstairs.

Roomy little place which was clean and well appointed. Staff are lovely friendly people.

Hot water ran out first night after 2 showers (5 mins each) so not sure what happened there but I missed out! Parking is also very tight.

I have been coming to this property now the last couple of stays in Noosa. The property is conveniently located across from the Yacht Club, with a nice view of the River, and a short walk to most of the key cafes / water sport hire places & restaurants along Gympie Terrace. Mike and Jenny are great local hosts, and very accommodating. Great value stay for a couple or family.

Fantastic location! The property is very spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s a bus stop conveniently located just across the road for easy access to Noosa Heads. Plenty of great restaurants are within walking distance, and the beautiful riverfront path is perfect for a scenic 3km walk or jog. Highly recommended!

The fridge was a bit noisy, however with the bedroom door closed it was ok.

Great location and property was very well maintained and presented. It was lovely to walk into our apartment and feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Tight parking spots but manageable.

Perfect location for our reason to visit Noosaville to walk to a wedding at the Noosa waterfront restaurant. (And home again) Well located as not to far to walk to the Noosaville shopping precinct with easy driving access and parking if needed. A short walk to catch the ferry along the river to the Noosa shopping hype and the yacht club across the road served a great pub meal. Very enjoyable experience

Noosa River Palms was delightful. The apartment is set back from the road, is well equipped, has convenient parking and a superb pool and BBQ area. The nearby riverside area is ideal for walking and chilling out - less busy and easier to access than the beach. (The river taxi can get you to the beach if that's your bag). Jenny and Mike were excellent hosts, always around to answer any questions and make recommendations.

Absolutely perfect, have no complaints about this place. We loved it so much we wished we could live here! The apartment is gorgeous, so clean and tidy and jam packed of amenities to use such as washing powder, liquid, seasonings, vegemite etc! Everything was perfect. The location is perfect just 1 min walk across the road to river where you can go for a dip or a picnic, loads of restaurants and cafes nearby and supermarkets all within walking distance. The bus stop is just outside too making its location even more perfect. If i could score higher i would!

NRP was the perfect place for our trip to Noosa. It was a short walk to all shops and restaurants and was directly opposite the river and one of the water taxi stops. The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything needed for this type of stay. The hosts were wonderful and were there if you needed anything but also left you to relax. There was nothing not to like…we’d definitely stay again!

Property was very clean & comfortable. Units look as though they have recently been done up & come with a fully operational kitchen containing dishwasher, microwave, electric cook top. There was also a washing machine, dryer, TV, an air conditioner & fans in the living area & 2 bedrooms. Onsite manager was very personable & accommodating. Excellent position as we attended a wedding at The Waterfront Bar & Restaurant which was just a short walk across the road.

Comment only and not a detractor - Not a didnt like, but our car park was quite tight, could be quite hard for someone who wasnt too good at reverse parking. For us certainly not something that would stop us coming back because we will be.

Everything, unit was awesome, well set out good size, it had everything you need while on holiday, in fact you could live there, swimming pool was great and the hosts exceptional.
