We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere is a fair bit of traffic noise. No water pressure from shower, was only a dribble, taps at the sink was dripping the whole time we were there, the amount of water was a large amount. Surely the cleaner would be aware.
Room was clean & comfortable, short 20 minute walk to centre of town, close to hospital & takeaway shops. Other people staying there were fairly quiet.

United KingdomNoisy neighboring guests who were drinking and swearing on balcony from about 10pm till 1am. I asked them politely, twice to be quiet…no luck, rang manager about 11:30pm who was not on site to do something…..nothing…..sent email complaining about noise. Response was disappointing…manager felt there was nothing they could do. I received refund for one of two nights when i persisted in explaining that motel guests are entitled to quiet from 10pm-6am.
Room was adequate, facilities a bit run down but ok. Close to bike path and iga so didnt have to go to town centre

Australiacheck in sign said 2 pm , waited until 2.25 for the office to open , booked in and was then asked was there anything else , I replied , yes the key , the man seemed half asleep , the room was clean however it smelled and Glen 20 could not get rid of the smell . The room served the purpose for the night , I will not be staying there again
