We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere is no lift or elevator. Having to go up and down on the 3rd floor carrying our luggage was quite tiring after a long drive. The hotel is outdated but comfortable and well equipped with necessities to meet our needs as travelers.
Having two rooms with connecting doors is surprisingly more pleasant than just having a family room. It provided us with more privacy, yet we still felt secure being able to check in on our children next door. The complimentary wine is a nice bonus, considering the hotel rate is reasonably priced. The location is conveniently located close to amenities.

AustraliaThe room wasn't clean with open food like marshmallows being found in the cupboard and when dropping my wedding ring down the lounge when retrieving it we found the sofa was disgusting under the cushions with all sorts of rubbish left behind. Queen size bed requires replacing as you could feel the springs when sleeping on it.

AustraliaAlarm kept intermittently beeping for entire stay, interconnecting room door was locked when we arrived and was unlocked pretty quickly once we contacted reception.. door stop to hold this door was not very effective - a better alternative would be great. Intermittent alarm beeping all night was not fun - to be fair we didn’t contact reception as it was around every 20-30 mins so we just put up with it.
