the whole ground was hilly which was poor if you had walking issues or didn't want to walk in the rain to the toilet or kitchen room. Showers were dirty each day. Only hot water tap worked on one of the days in the main toilet building; cockroaches in toilet building would benefit from baits or long life gel/poison. It was not clear on booking that there was no sink or water in the room, so it was a long walk over steps and grass to go wash your hands or go to the toilet in the middle of the night. I may have missed this when booking. Also, the kitchen was "just outside" as advised by staff but there were steps and you had to carry everything to the kitchen, including dishwashing items as none were provided in the kitchen (but provided in the room for you to carry individually each day); surely the management could afford one bottle to be placed in kitchen for communal use. BBQ was dirty / did not try to use. Mattress appeared to be of sponge/latex type (no internal support) and felt quite thin. My daughter loved the bunk bed. Lighting handy within room.

quiet location. exceptionally quiet visitors. Shop was handy. Laundry useful. toilets and showers relatively clean. Area lighting was good. Electric blankets appreciated. My car space was adequate but very steep. Inside common kitchen, fridges etc very clean. Friendly staff member. Steps well marked for all ability access. Good shower nozzles and nicely heated building for dressing etc. television adequate for the room size. Shelves and hanging space very useful. Bedding suitable. Pillows good. sheets clean.

Apparently the water pressure for showers wasn’t great but that is quite normal for Adaminaby!

This places is very calm and peaceful. Just 5 mins walk to the river. Also good for us like showers, toilets, laundry.. We're very appreciated the staffs. Very kind and wonderful.

The cabins are old and require a little more TLC Nothing that couldn’t be resolved with a regular deep clean The cooking utensils need replacing ASAP to a more commercial grade

No power on arrival, Gas heater not working then was replaced, I had to do the disconnection. The replacement wouldn't turn off, so needed to disconnect each time to turn off. No Hot water for 24 hrs. Should have been offered a discount on the spot.

It’s the most expensive Tiny cabin I’ve ever stayed in. I would suggest the price should have been halved.No running water or sink in my cabin.Yet I have a kettle?Double bed was uncomfortable.Really outdated toilet block.

No downside for us!

Fresh air and peaceful surroundings for a winter holiday. We stayed in cabins that were clean and basic, close to kitchen and bathroom facilities which were excellent: warm and well equipped. Best caravan park we have ever stayed at. Big thank you to friendly and helpful staff.

We love coming to Old Adaminaby. It was only a short stay but it was great we stayed in the Bungalows they were cosy but the mattress was too thin, although was great value for money.
