Towels changed everyday which was appreciated, complimentary water and tea refills, unfortunately tea cups never cleaned or replaced and never offered cleaning supplies to wash ourselves. Rubbish never cleared out, obvious bins should be accessible for customers to take out their own trash if housekeeping will not clear them.

Noise from hotel guests late at night, light coming in from door jam and windows, meals in hotel were horrible.

Noise due to hotel open til4am with cars parking outside of motel area. This should be restricted to motel patrons only. Hard to restrict but barriers would be appropriate via a card access. Found a car parked in our allocated zone on all occasions for the 4 day stay

Noise from pub

Basic room, all clean and location nice, close to restaurants, gas station etc and on the way to get to morington peninsula...just that it was next to inhouse gaming and pub so expect lot of noise. But it was quiet after 11pm.

Staff were not very helpfull. I arrived at 1:45 and there was no staff to assist with check in. I was left waiting for 5 minutes before I was asked to come back at 2. This has never happened to me before. The pillow was not comfortable.

We chose this motel based on pictures and previous reviews, the pictures are clearly outdated. The room itself was clean on the surface but when looking at it closely, it needs a deep clean. The toilet door opened inwards and there was hair and dust built up behind that door. The walls were covered with dirt and finger prints. As it’s attached to the bistro with pokies and bar, you get the noise at closing of drunk people making their way home and car doors slamming (I must say I did hear a security guard say one night “please move on” so the motel must be aware of this).

We chose this motel based on location and the family room type. The beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. I enjoyed the large shower head.

The bathroom was not very clean and if you are doing a long stay as I did, there is nothing to even make your own food. The menu to order, only dinner was also very limited

The room set up and beds were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to other locations. One of the cleaners was absolutely beautiful. She checked in each day, and such a gorgeous personality.

The squeaky doors haha! Could do with some WD40! It was a very noisy area and located right on the drive and entrance to the gaming area so we listened to intoxicated people coming and going and waiting for their rides at the end of the night/early morning. Whatever cleaning product is used in the bathroom leaves an oily residue too.

It was so conveniently located to where we needed to be. The room was perfectly set up for our family. The bathroom had two mirrors and the toilet was in a separate little room so you could use the bathroom while someone used the loo, VERY handy!

Balcony overlooks car park and major road. Entire accommodation is in a car park actually. Quite noisy with lots of tradies staying there. Probably worse being a Friday night but had to ask neighbours to go inside at midnight as we could hear every word of their conversation keeping us awake. The building is an upgraded older concrete motel. Suggest earplugs or headphones.

Couldnt really fault the room. Comfy bed climate control netflix ( no tv channel?) Fabulous shower. Coffee n tea ( no microwave) complimentary bottled water. Friendly staff ,( not open for checkout until 10am no bfast avail). Were the bed lights connected? No obvious switch only main lights . Two drink vouchers are a nice touch. Dinner and drinks next door
