We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This motel would be the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. It was an older room but you could tell that the owners take great pride in the units. Would stay there again.

Loved everything.
The place was absolutely great. Staff was really welcoming. Stayed only for one night, though. The place was close to all amenities. Really loved. Will be booking again.

Just personal preference:the matress is a blit too soft. But overall, it's excellent
Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff. Walking distance to town and Anna's Italian restaurant. Very clean and quiet with parking just in front of the room itself, make the loading convenient. We'll definitely come back in the future if needed

I arrived into town early and called to see if there was the chance of an early check in. They were more than accommodating and were happy for me to check in early. The cleanliness of the room was great and the gardens were immaculate.

Excellent kitchenette with lots of extras. Cling wrap, salt and pepper, cheese board and knife, good sharp knife for cutting bread etc. very clean and nice furnishings. Close to town. Will definitely stay again

The price per night is slightly higher than other motels that are in slightly closer walking distance to the centre of town (a distance of little less than 1km vs a distance of 500m or less so probably not a big deal for most people). But this location does offer a pool, which would likely be worth the $20 or so extra per night if staying for a longer period in hot weather. I didn't consider this a significant 'dislike', just something to be aware of.
Kate, the manager (owner?), kindly offered flexibility when I needed to change my booking date and was keen to ensure that all necessities were supplied for a comfortable overnight stay. She also keeps the rooms and surroundings in immaculate condition - my room was spotless! Unlike some motels, this location offered sufficient driving/parking space so negotiating a way around other guests' vehicles wasn't a problem.

The supply of not individually sealed tea bags and the container of cosmetic wipes in the bathroom - while i appreciate the good intent, and this kept with the overall homely atmosphere of the accommodation, in the current post covid environment I was surprised to see these items supplied this way. I always carry my own due to personal preferences, so did not impact me in a negative way.
The self contained facility of the room was excellent. This allowed me to prepare my own breakfast and lunch, and made a takeaway dinner much more comfortable. The washing up supplies were excellent. the room had a separate couch which was nice to sit on after a long day on my feet. The bed was super comfy, I slept like a log.
