Location excellent, no breakfast provided but a nice platter of condiments and wine left for us. Handy to supermarkets and services, lake across the road as well as an area to entertain the children

May experience traffic noise in the season but the sun shining in and water views compensated for this.

Quality inclusions and delicious hamper were provided by the welcoming host. The well equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise. A particularly comfortable bed. The location with easy walks to fantastic restaurants and delightful water views made this a perfect stay.

1 Power points in the kitchen need be fixed. Water pressure of shower head is not very strong.

We loved the cookies they kept for us. Unfortunately we are vegetarians and could not eat the meat and other breakfast items left for us. We loved the washing machine and detergent and hanging rack. It was very handy! All the pots and kitchen utilities were enough and clean. Linen was fresh and enough towels to go around . Loved that you even had body and hair wash. Amazing choice of keeping Netflix and prime. It was raining for a whole day so we were occupied with movies and board games from the cupboard.

Lovely two bedroom unit with comfortable beds, two TV, streaming services and a well equipped kitchen is facing lake with a very beautiful view . We appreciated the bottle of wine,cheese and crackers, chocolates, tomato sauce etc. Parking is right in front the door. Very convenient for traveler like us with number of luggages. The photographs did not do The Wheelhouse justice. Once an ambulance depot, the owners’ re-interpretation of the original features made for a very interesting bathroom set up, which I loved, existing windows in kitchen and a large living/sleeping space in the back. Was a fun place to stay!

The hot water was unlimited but didn't know the gas bottle runs out. Host replaced it straight away once we messaged.

Host prepared a cheese platter & wine upon arrival, clean & newly renovated, location was by the lake & close to town, host can be contacted via messaging in booking.com & actioned items needed, quality sheets.

Every necessities provided. Even more that standard. Parking is right in front the door. Very convenient for traveler like us with number of luggages. Room is facing lake with a very beautiful view.

Very close to corner and was afraid someone may come around and take out the back of my car but I am insured....

What a great find. Everything that opened and shut plus some nice fridge/pantry pressies to welcome us. It was so close to everything. We were able to walk walk and more walking! Tonnes of room with 2 lounge areas incl Netflix! Wow

The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you might need. The hosts provided great information about the area and fabulous recommendations for activities and places to visit. They had also stocked the apartment with essentials and extras and were happy to be available to answer questions and provide suggestions. Would love to stay there again and see more of the area. Lovely place, lovely people.

If you have limited mobility the shower has a deep step that you need to get up into the shower. This is not a problem for most people but it did cause us some concern.

Exceptional host. Beautiful apt, fantastic decor and wonderful view across the water. Very clean. Comfortable beds and delicious charcuterie items and wine provided for us to enjoy.
