Car park was tight

Great location. Walking distance to Coolangatta one way and Tweed Heads shops the other. Good coffee shop directly underneath. Unit was beautifully decorated, well equipped and had a huge balcony with a great view.

Seriously didnt have any complaints. Only small issue was the music player in the room did not work.

Friendly staff, easy check in. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, comfy beds and great view. Appreciated the upgrade from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent location, able to walk to most places.

The bathroom needs a little bit of TLC.

The staff had organized early access for us which I am personally very grateful for. The pool and spa facility is awesome. The apartment itself is very spacious.

view was mostly of the block of flats opposite the ocean view was off to the right. the late arrival phone kept cutting out . we stayed for 7 days we asked for more toilet tissue (2 were provided in each bathroom) we were not allocated more toilet tissue and had to purchase more at a store. we also asked for fresh towels they took a couple of days to get to us.

After dropping keys in drop box could not access bottom car park by lift, had to go to first car park and walk down to bottom level with bags.

Very uncomfortable bed, mattress has no pillow top and felt like sleeping directly on springs. This gives the accommodation a lower rating than otherwise would have given. Would suggest that replace with decent mattress.

Well appointed apartment, close to cafe's, shops and close walk to Coolangatta promenade.

It had everything we needed, was spacious and the view was amazing. Super secure carpark, close to everything - overall a lovely stay! Will definitely come back.

Just that the spa bubbles weren’t working when we were there but the spa was still nice and relaxing and the water was at a good temperature

Very friendly staff . Our room was spacious clean modern comfortable bed’s everything you needed was in the room . Location was fantastic easy walking distance to cafes shops pubs clubs ! So good !

The permanent residents can be rude and judgmental of the temporary stayers. We were accused by permanent residents for leaving rubbish behind at the pool, but the rubbish was there before we arrived at the pool. Photos of us were taken by the resident and shown to the building manager in an attempt to discredit us. All this was quickly debunked by the building manager but it was a little disappointing we were subjected to that which disappointed the kids a little.

The penthouse apartment was lovely with beautiful views and a very convenient location. The staff were super friendly and helpful, knowledgeable of the area and full of wonderful suggestions for the kids and family to enjoy. Highly recommend the gym and the owner is super lovely.

About the only thing I could say is there was only one air conditioner in the lounge/meals/kitchen area but there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so it wasn't a major issue.

Located a couple of 100 meters from the beach the apartment had everything you could want. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious lounge, meals area plus kitchen. Large outside alfresco area on the balcony. Washing machine in the larger bathroom with small supply of washing powder provided. Plenty of soap/lotions and fresh towels for the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Mim at the front desk was a delight and very friendly and helpful. There was a pool, spa, and gym available for use which we didn't use during our stay.

Bed was not the most comfortable. Pillows poor. Hallway on our floor could do with repainting it gave us a poor first impression, but in saying that it did not effect our stay or reflect on the apartment we stayed in

We unexpectedly had quite a good view and the apartment was larger than expected which was a nice surprise! The location was good, only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes and beach. Would definitely recommend.
