Liz was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with a late checkout. We jet skied around the island the morning of our departure and finished later than we thought due to a late start from the jet ski company. Accommodation was perfect. Beds and pillows super comfy. Across the road from the beach and close to shops. Great coffee and breakfast at Nourish cafe.

We enjoyed our stay at unit 10 Sails on Horseshoe. Great service from the rental manager from booking through to when we departed. Exceptional clean with welcoming furnishings.

Liz was extremely helpful. Her assistance with the shopping before arrival was unique. The accommodation was great with a nice sea view. The beach only minutes away. It is situated in a quiet area of Magnetic Island,but there still is a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.

A couple of doors needed some repairs.

We loved the location and surrounds. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well set up for a group. Liz was an exceptional host and she went out of her way to assist. Her friendly and helpful approach made our stay at Horseshoe especially easy and enjoyable. Our family is clamouring to come back ASAP.

The only small negative is that the se one bedroom is very small but on the plus side the main bedroom has a King bed and very comfy.

Property Manager Liz is friendly and helpful with great communication. The unit was spotless, had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, I wanted to take the king bed in the main bedroom home it was that good. Great layout if staying with family or friends with the 2 bedrooms separated by the main bathroom downstairs, then the kitchen, living and laundry with a very convenient 2nd toilet upstais. It was lovely to sit and have coffee on the top floor balcony in the morning with garden and ocean views. Internet and phone coverage can be a problem in some places on the Island but once we connected to the free wifi in the unit we didn't have any problems. The unit even has a designated covered car park. Great location down the quiet end of Horseshoe Bay with only a short 100 - 200 metre walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Great value for money, I highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.
