Very unusual to get my key from a pool fence that was padlocked, staff told me that the person who has this room actually lives there and is doing the wrong thing I got into trouble for it even tho I was using booking.com I was wondering why it was so unclean and had cleaning products in random places. It smelt like smoke and the balcony had a sticky residue like drinks were spilt over sheets were stained

CHANGE THE SHEETS BETWEEN GUESTS: I feel like this is the bare minimum for a place that you are paying to stay in. I had to change the sheets myself. Thank goodness there were clean ones in the cupboard. VACUUM: Really did not want to see previous tenant's body hair all over the bathroom floor! Also dropped a shirt on the bedroom floor carpet, and picked it up to find hair and dirt all over it.

As per past reviews it was not clean. I even called after seeing the reviews prior to staying and they assured me they had spoken to the cleaners to correct it but that had not happened. There’s a lot of stains on the couch, the washing machine still had water in it and the compartment where you put your liquid/ powder was full of mould. The sheets had old stains and a scab like stain that was ontop of the sheet and although the staff were quick to respond, unfortunately their cleaners couldn’t deliver new sheets in which I ended up purchasing my own just to stay there as I felt quite dirty and gross. There was a sheet with a large blood like stain shoved into one of the bottom drawers in the cupboard. Multiple marks on the doors and walls. Splash stains in the sink that looked like coffee? This place has such potential and I really hope they change cleaning companies and take these reviews more seriously as it’s not okay for the price paid to be in that state. The unit itself is very cute and could be so much better if it was properly maintained, cleaned and looked after.

Location is great, rooftop pool is absolutely stunning! The unit itself is cute but there is ALOT to improve on. Staff are quick to respond and answer phone calls at any time and are quite nice.

Check in process was a nightmare. Access fob was faulty and it took us two and a half hours of arguing over the phone with the property manager before someone was dispatched to give us a new fob so that we could get into the building. Lock box was very difficult to locate (secured to a fence down the road amongst overgrown weeds and heaps of other lock boxes) with no means of identifying the correct one other than trying the code on each box. Amenities inside the apartment were very basic. No hand towel, bathroom tidy, tissues or hair dryer in the bathroom. No washing powder for the washing machine. No coat hangers in wardrobe. No dining table inside - there is a bar table and with four stools on the balcony however on a rainy or very sunny or particularly hot day, the only other option is to eat on your lap on the lounge. The kitchen bench has one stool however no overhang making it impossible to sit at. We wondered why the stool was even there. I hope that my comments are accepted by the property owner as constructive feedback as this is the spirit in which they are given. Overall, we had a reasonable stay but there is a lot of room for improvement.

The accomodation wasn’t clean A lot of left items under couch,kids toys/very dusty The white/cream couch was covered in unknown stains The laundry was dirty/dusty The bedding was dirty & stained The carpet was also stained The little stool in room was croaked & not safe to seat on

The location is amazing which gave me an anticipation of a great stay which wasn’t the case.

Nothing good to like about being blatantly ripped off. I paid for a service and it was not delivered. This is known as theft. This is a crime in every country. No compensation, refund, or apology after numerous attempts to contact.

Nothing. I was provided with a dirty unserviced and soiled apartment. The place had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I was unable to shower or sleep. A dastardly experience.

No contact with anyone, keys on fence 100 meters away couldn’t open lock box, no milk for coffee, no hairdryer, front door had no unit number on it wasn’t sure which unit it was. very upset it was an Air B&B but not told. On leaving couldn’t get lock box to open, I got drenched in poring rain no shelter.
