Restaurants in the area aren't great value. Average meal quality but pricy.

The view from the room's bathroom was great. The breakfast was also very good and tasty, lots of positions and everything tasted good. The bed was comfortable and tidy. Also it was very quiet in the room, great noise cancelation.

The place is beautiful and has pleasant outdoor facilities, though the beach side has not enough services like restaurants, snacks, store for beach stuff people need for swimming. The front desk staff were all kind and smiling all the time. Abdulrahman was very kind and helpful, he proceeded our reservation with timely check-in and check-out and showed us the place facilities and services with big smile 😀 👍

While I had a great experience, I would like to offer some suggestions for improvement to help make the hotel even better. It’s called “Kaizen”in Japanese 😊 1. It would be helpful to provide guests with information about the location and hours of the facilities and restaurants (either in paper form or via a QR code) in their rooms or during check-in. This could save hotel staff from having to answer the same questions repeatedly. 2. The facility information available in the elevator did not mention the nightclub or bowling alley. It’s better to avoid listing amenities that are not available. 3. Some staff members seemed to struggle with English. It might be a good idea for those who are proficient in English to wear a badge indicating this on their uniforms. 4. Many guests left their towels behind at the beach or pool. While it might be an extra task, it would be better if staff could regularly collect towels to keep the area tidy. Please note that these are merely suggestions for improvement, not complaints. I wrote them with the hope that your hotel can become even better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable😊

I had a wonderful stay during my first visit to Azerbaijan, thanks to the kind staff and the breathtaking view of the Caspian Sea. The hotel has numerous pools and even offers basketball and soccer courts, all of which are free to use, allowing for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there’s a spa that guests can access for free, with massages available for an extra charge—these were excellent. The gym is spacious and open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The breakfast area was beautifully decorated, and the buffet was enjoyable. There are two restaurants: an Italian restaurant and a beach club that offers a stunning view of the beach. The pasta and pizza at the Italian restaurant were delicious, and the beach club hosted DJ parties on the weekends😊

I would add more staff, especially to the beach and pool. I would add QR menus, to make process quicker and smoothier. The Hotel needs some renovation and I would add more restaurants for lunch and dinner, just 2 are not enough.

Staff was very helpful and polite, trying to make your stay the best! Both outdoor pool and beach are awesome, clean, with all the facilities nearby. All rooms have sea view which is amazing and unique!

Bags never brought to room. After a couple of hours I went to pick them up myself. Hotel is dated and in need of repair/update. Sink in room leaking. Door hanging off fridge which was repaired during our stay. Steam room, sauna area in poor repair. Plunge shower not working correctly. Again all very tired and in need of some tlc. 2 main Restaurants have no character and feel a bit flat. If you must eat at the hotel, go to the Cali beach bar, much more entertaining. Food was tasty enough but overpriced. Juices etc overpriced. 24 manats for a milk shake! I’d want a whisky in it for that price. Toilets in water park disgusting. Reeking of pish. It’s an all too depressingly familiar Azeri so called 5 star hotel stay experience.

Room was spacious with great view of the Caspian. Great choice at breakfast with the staff being very friendly and helpful. Small water park is great fun for children and adults. Kids playroom well run and equipped. Nice indoor/outdoor pool

‎‏I had trouble on the first day, but after meeting Master Elkin Fu, everything changed. He is an excellent manager and has the skills to provide solutions. My stay became wonderful in every way. The facilities are good, and the water games were fun. So, I would like to thank him, as well as Mrs. Aziza, who treated us with so much attention and so much kindness, in the end thank you all for the birthday cake was a lovely surprise

One of the hotel restaurants prices were overwhelmingly high! Incredibly high prices at Cali Beach Club restaurant. Rip-off. No service by the beach. No restaurant or drinks or food. Such a shame.

If you order something from food delivery service. Then it’s not allowed to let courier inside/ to reception by hotel administration. You have to walk (long distance) until car entrance of hotel and get your order. It has no meaning if I could get food in such way, why I couldn’t get it on reception. I have been in many international hotels and never saw such rule, always courier delivered food to reception.

The hotel is good, but the facilities and services are very bad. The front desk staff is of no use, they only take your complaint, but do nothing about it. AC is not cooling on repeated requests no action taken. Limited TV channels no English language. The food is overpriced. The housekeeping needs to be reminded to clean rooms. The website needs to be updated, there is no nightclub, no billiards, no table tennis, apparently these are closed. The pool and aqua park closes by 6 and the beach closes by 7. No much variety in food at the restaurants. Overall not a very pleasant stay and experience, wouldn’t recommend. Language is the biggest problem here, English speaking people are so difficult to find, so it make everything so difficult.
