I would appreciate if we can have breakfast in the future as this will help. But we already knew from the beginning there would not be any breakfast.

The location and location are prime. Although the road leading to it is steep, if I have to go to Mostar, I will go to Shangri La Maison. The owner Nermin is super helpful.

Great location, really close to the Old Bridge, in the centre of Mostar. The owner was so friendly and helpful when our bus was running later than check in times. The roof terrace was lovely to sit up on and the views were stunning.

Small signage made the property a little tricky to find. You could purchase hot and cold beverages from terrace area but unable to make it on the room. No lift so be mindful if you cant do stairs.

Fantastic clean and comfortable accomodation. Location was perfect to walk around and was close to everything. Room was spacious and bed comfortable, bathroom and shower were great. The view from the terrace was terrific. Totally recomend staying here.

A fridge or kettle in room would have been an added bonus, and more shade on the terrace! Otherwise the place was fantastic..

Shangri La was a perfect hotel - check in was smooth and easy, they were happy to check us in a little earlier. The room was spotless and very spacious with an amazing view. A bonus has to be the terrace which was so nice to relax on after a day of exploring. Mostar is an amazing city and this was the perfect accommodation. Thank you for having us!

The property is on a small hill with a slightly bumpy road. Make sure your taxi takes you all the way to the top or you’ll need to bring your luggage to the top.

Stayed for one night only. The property was very clean with sufficient storage space in the bedroom and near the old bridge. The terrace was nice at night. They do not provide coffee/tea but there’s a vending machine on the top floor where you can get hot or cold drinks. Host was attentive.

Amazing location right next to the old town. Lovely clean and spacious room. Norman the owner / manager was an absolute pleasure and extremely helpful and friendly. Yes, there is a steep hill up to the property but completely manageable unless infirm or with mobility issues. Very quiet area. I recommend wholeheartedly!

No kettle or drink facility’s in your room but there is a vending machine that’s well stocked up on the top floor for water and other drinks.

We was warmly welcomed and the room was immaculate , great location , there is parking so don’t do what we did and park elsewhere in the town.

Beautiful mansion with a stunning rooftop view and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean, stylish, and well cared for. The location was perfect, close to the Old Bridge but quiet and relaxing. The hosts were kind and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The lack of a breakfast offering. This was not a big issue. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. It would be a plus, that’s all.

It is remarkable that all of the challenges of recovering from a war have not deterred some of the citizens of Mostar from rebuilding so beautifully. The Shanghai-La Mansion is a delight, starting with its rooftop terrace! The Mansion does not have food service at all; however, there are a couple of drink and snack vending machines for those using the terrace. My room was spacious, modern, and clean. The location of the Mansion is awesome. All one has to do is walk down the (slightly steep) street, and one is at the base of the Old Bridge! The host was very kind, helping me with my bag, and permitting me to leave my car after checkout in his (free) parking area so that I could visit more of Mostar.
