⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Hotel Sinan Han as a solo traveler and had a very pleasant experience. I arrived quite late, but the check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and helpful despite the late hour. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to rest well after my journey. The hospitality was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Thank you for the warm welcome. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sinan Han. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large sofa bed and two separate rooms. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, extremely clean, peaceful, and located in a perfect position close to the Old Town and all the main attractions. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and relaxing, making you feel comfortable immediately. Our room was spotless, stylish, very comfortable, and prepared with incredible attention to every small detail. The beds were excellent, the bathroom was modern and perfectly clean, and everything smelled fresh and new. One of the things that impressed us the most was the outstanding level of service. The staff are truly exceptional — kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with sincere smiles. They go far beyond normal hotel service and honestly pass all limits when it comes to making guests feel happy and appreciated. Every interaction was full of warmth, respect, and genuine care. We had such a great stay at Hotel Sinan Han! The hotel is super clean, really nicely designed, and in an awesome location close to the Old Bridge and Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast every morning was delicious with lots of fresh options to choose from. Everything was nicely prepared and presented. The WiFi was fast and worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel. We also booked a private Herzegovina tour through the hotel, and honestly, it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The car was really comfortable, and our guide was fantastic — super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He took us to some beautiful spots and made the whole experience unforgettable. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mostar. We’d love to come back!

We had such a great time in hotel sinan! It is a family run hotel and the folks there were terrific. I needed help to book a taxi to the bus station and they did it efficiently. They do have private day trips and hotel breakfast for a great price. The rooms were clean and tidy, it was well equipped with all the amenities you need for a room. In addition, they have a terrific view of the town at the rooftop. It was also incredibly close to all the major sights in Mostar (3 mins walk). A local bakery and supermarket is only 1-2 mins away. A great place to stay if you’re in Mostar, thank you to everyone for the lovely hospitality !!

Unfortunately, there are many details that feel unfinished or poorly done. For example, there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom, but there is no socket for it, so the cable and plug are simply left lying on the floor. The cabinet edges were unfinished, and the shower head was loose as well. Overall, it gives the impression that the renovation aimed for a high standard but lacked proper finishing touches. Also, the parking next to the hotel does not belong to the hotel itself, and payment is accepted only in cash (10 uer/ 20 bam per day).

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing and the location is great - just a few min walk from the Old Bridge. The hotel also seems to be freshly renovated, and the location of the parking right next to the hotel is very convenient.

There is a tiny bathroom with shower, water comes outside, no hangers/hooks for towels or place/shelf for cosmetics. We put all items on kitchen table or sofa, which works fine for short time and if you are only two. Mind there are stairs to walk: no lift.

The location downtown is good, room was big. We were offered an upgrade to a two room apartment with a kitchenette (but no dining table). Bed was comfortable but the best part of this accommodation was staff! They were responsive and very helpful before our arrival and very friendly when met! Perfect location in Mostar, if you want to see the old town and the famous old bridge. We only stayed for one night, but the staff was really helpful and nice. The room was fresh and clean, so nothing to put a finger on here.
