The windows cannot be opened. No air conditionning. There is no TV in the room. Breakfast is not offered at all. The hot water capacity is not as high as the cold water and it takes more time to get warmer. The room was on the ground floor and from time to time one can hear the door for the upper floors slamming heavily (just because of the automatic closure and not fault of guests).

The location in a central area next to the commercial street Neuve. The quiet street. The room was recently refurbished and the bed was comfortable. It is not bad for one-night stay.

- I asked the staff to unclog the shower drain, and I even explained what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the drain remained clogged when I came back to the room. I then took care of the matter myself. - I, personally, did not find the bed comfortable.

There was no soundproofing inside the hotel. I could not hear much outside, but I could listen to everything the other guests were talking or doing in the corridor and inside the rooms. Also, the door of my room was a bit loose, and I could not lock it from the inside, which made me feel a bit insecure.

The hotel is well located. The room was simple but large and very clean.

The bathroom is in need of a renovation. I was not really dirty, but didn't really feel clean either. The windows are very thin, and we hear a lot of street noise, even from the 3rd floor.

The room was very big, and the location is very good and quite safe, even late.

The room was very dirty,the toielet doesnt have a door,sound insulation is terrible,On the day we were leaving the hotel, we left our suitcases at the hotel. We were going to come and pick them up in the evening. When we arrived, we stayed at the door. There was no one at the reception. Luckily, other customers opened the door with their cards. If it weren't for them, we would have missed our return flight.

There isn't a bedside table even though there is space for it. The corridor smells so bad. Our room was not warm, we asked to switch on the heater or else change us to another room, but they didn't do it. We asked twice. The bathroom's floor was full of hairs

There was no lift, if you have luggage it's not convenient to make 2-3 floors by escalator. The place looks old and scary. There were two open windows at the ceiling without curtains or lock-out. Toilet tinny.

There were no facilities for hot water to drink in the room, no glasses/cups as well. There was no hair dryer in the washroom. The wifi didn't work properly. The staircases were steep and dangerous.

The location was good, in the market square. Everything was close and accessible by foot.

The place itself is pretty ugly. I had clean sheets, but the sheets were stained and had some holes (one of them was burnt by a cigarette). The breakfast, even though it's marketed, it did not exist. There is no breakfast! My room had no natural light and the floor was pretty perished. And dirty, obviously.

The location is very good, it's directly in the city centre and you can easily reach all attractions. So, if you want to book in the city center, this is the place to go. I had warm water and the room was pretty warm.
