We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location in the village just 20 minutes from the bruges xmas market was ideal , and comfy beds quaint property lovely hosts. Breakfast was great value for money . I accidentally broke glass in bathroom told owner and he was extremely understanding would not let me pay for damage but they have tip jar so he aggreed for me to give money as they use this to do fun things with there children.will be booking again .ŵ

United KingdomUnfortunately we were late checking in , hotel agreed key cards to be left but they weren’t left . Bed linen was very used ( yellow creased and looked not clean ) hair in the bed also Advertised as double bed but had 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single quilts No shower curtain but had a bath with a shower and very dated ? Didn’t realise you had to pre order breakfast , because we never ate the night before we were really hungry . The owner said he couldn’t give us any breakfast ( although it’s just cheese ham and bread , as he had already laid out for guests . There was only 2 people there at breakfast and surely could have got more from the back ?
