It can be noisy. There was a school staying there on the same night as I was and I could hear everything from my room. It wasn't that big of a deal but if you get guys on a stag it won't be pleasant!

The hostel is really nice and the staff very friendly. I was given a private room (with two beds) even though I had booked a bed in a dorm room, which was great! All rooms are ensuite so you don't have to share the bathroom with lots of people. Breakfast is basic (toasts, cereal, yogurt) but has all you need and coffee is good.

Breakfast could be improved. However it was enough The table in the room was pretty small for 4 people but it is ok for shorter stays.

One afternoon I came back to the dorm at 4pm and there was a male placed in a dorm room with 3 females. I was confused by this as I had read though the questions and seen a reply from the hostel saying “Hello, we have dorms for men and for women, but we don't offer mixed dorms.” I wouldn’t have minded, but…he was creep and stated that he’d have to sleep alone after finding out the other girls and I had partners. Also the location is super sketchy and doesn’t feel safe to walk back to at night

The staff was very helpful and kind. The whole place was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was alright, there could have been more vegetables, but besides there were many option to choose from. Walkable distance from the city center.

The breakfast was good, it's like a buffet so you can eat whatever you want, the location is a little far so you have to take the tram to Center but its good, i don't know if the area is dangerous but it seemed to be. Also, I had not been in a Hostel and I did not know that I had to rent a towel, which costs an extra 1€

Not much space in the common kitchen, and no boiler there, but possible to ask for hot water at the bar where not only drinks but some food options are available

The hostel is very new, with an elevator. The room was pretty big with a nice view from huge windows. In walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of choices including for allergies and vegan persons.

I have to say that it’s one of the best places to stay in Brussels if it comes to what you get for your money, the staff is really nice and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, i meet some mamy great people there, great spot to rest if your young and travelling on the budget

There is no flexibility on the rooms. If one books a female 4 bunk beds dorm and asks for the same type of room or even a downgrade because a room mate stinks to the extent of affecting the others they will offer you to sleep with the window open but no other similar room arrangement possible.

Breakfast was a really nice surprise and definitely a good deal.

I didn’t like the location very much. It was not in a great neighborhood. L

Everything was very clean, the bathroom was modern and a great and simple breakfast. Also from the hostel to the Centre is a 28 minute walk. If you don’t want to walk you can take the metro.

There was a noise around the room like a drilling sound coming from the ventilation or the pipes so it was hard to sleep. It woke us up in the morning also.

There is not hot water and we were not informed about it. However, I just stayed for a day and it wasn’t a big problem for me. They charge extra for a towel, which is not mentioned in the description Breakfast is not exceptional, but is okay.

The location is kind of far to the city center and it's in a "residential" area, so you can do/see so much at night specially.

It was only after reading the comments I understood that there would be no towels, we had our own. We had a separate room for 3 nights, the garbage was removed only once. It can be noisy in the room if there are people chilling in the internal yard. No inbuilt hairdryer. Quite dirty streets around in the neighbourhood, don't know if it's relevant to the whole city or to this area in particular.

The room was a good value for money, very warm, enough spacious. The breakfast was worth a 4-star hotel. Friendly vibe, and nice people at reception. Shops and a couple of cafes nearby.
