No fridge and slow elevator, neither of which is of paramount importance.

The staff were helpful, the location was excellent and the accommodations were quite plush.

The room was too small for even 2 decent seats. And we even changed rooms, because the first one they had us go to, was certainly not the superior room we had booked. There was no outlet in the bathroom.

Do not like the sink in the bedroom. For the price I would really want a proper separate bathroom. It gave me the feeling of being in a Ikea showroom.

The room was smaller than I had anticipated and would be much better for a single traveller rather than 2 with luggage for 4 days. But overall there was actually very little not to like about the hotel!

We booked the "cosy double" and boy was it cosy! Two standrad twin beds and not a lot of room but the room was very clean and adequate for the purpose of our stay. The location (less than 10 minute walk from the Cathedral) was perfect for us and the dining options were well varied!

We would have loved an all day café with light food menu or barista coffee service. Some hotels offer this service to increase their business even offering it to the public (non-guests) as well.

Location was very central. Very close to two paid parking lots which was convenient. The evening happy hour was delightful and buzzing with guests enjoying the complimentary beer, wine and nibbles.

Great location with easy access to Antwerp center on foot and to other areas by tram. Nice vibe and amenities in lobby, including umbrellas for guest use, wine and snacks in the afternoon/evening, and luggage storage. Rooms are very small and very basic, like a stripped down version of a boutique hotel. Not a luxe place to stay, but clean, comfortable, and convenient. I would stay there again.

The room size is pretty small & I personally am not a huge fan of glass bathroom walls with openings within bedroom. Carpet in the room was pretty worn out & could need a refresh

Very convenient location, friendly staff. Free drinks and snacks from 16:00 till 20:00. There was a fireplace in my room which was amazing to have.
