The location was ideal a short stroll from the main Market Square but in a quieter area. Close by was a bus stop for a free bus to the railway station. There was a good choice of food for breakfast.

The walls were a bit thin and I could hear people in the room next to us as well as some stomping children above us. However for the location and value it was not a big problem.

The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent and we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was huge in comparison to what the photos showed. Good breakfast, very clean and the staff was very attentive. Couldn't have had a better spot for our honeymoon stay in Bruges

The room we were given separated the bathroom and toilet, and the toilet door didn’t close properly. But that was a very minor flaw.

It was authentic, clean and in a perfect location in Bruges, central enough for walking distance to the main parts of Bruges yet far enough from the main area noise. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and there’s a lovely buffet breakfast.

The room we stayed in had limited sockets for charging devices and those it did were not in the most accessible locations. There were also a lot of stairs to our room which wasn’t great with luggage.

The location near the main Market Square which meant all of the main tourist attractions were close to hotel as were the majority of bars and restaurants. It was clean and tidy and had all we needed.

We stayed as a family in the house which was very nice. The only things which we did not have was hot water in the kitchen or downstairs toilet. Also a hand towel and soap in the downstairs toilet would have been nice.

Parking: the hotel offered paid parking (~20e), and while the garage itself is big and spacious the road there is a narrow alleyway. If your car is a rental or very big this could be just a little challenging. Little heads up and more clarity on parking would have been good. ☺️

Location could not have been better, lovely staff and overall very nice atmosphere. Rooms varied from more standard hotel rooms to very charming and unique ones. Breakfast was alright, mainly cold (except for an egg to order).

The bathroom and toilet were private but separate from our room. The room was old and dusty. We were on the 1st floor, there was no elevator and we had difficulty with baby car and suitcases.

Location is excellent. A few minutes' walk from Belfry. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and enough. They made the egg right then and there and it tasted delicious.

Very close to the central market, good breakfast. Room was big, clean and very warm. The staff was very nice and helpful, they arranged a lunch package for our early morning departure! Will come back gladly!
