Bathroom was dirty and had mould on floor. Area felt a bit unsafe, when arriving there was an assault across the road, lots of police around and ambulances. Windows not very sound proof, lots of sirens and on nights heard lots of screaming.

Surroundings in building works, a bit challenging to find your way there. The rooms/bathrooms could benefit from a good cleaning. Coffee machine does not work.

Although a bit far from the central part, close to public transport. Parking was good in closed garage. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

Aircondition not working, to hot to stay inside (it was only June month). A lot of cracks on doors, floor, in bathroom. It wasn't clean, so that was just one mark on the list. Window can not close properly, so outside street workers woke me up on 6AM. Strange smell from bathroom appeared in the evening.

Nothing, disapointed because its not what I saw on booking images.

Room dirty, especially bathroom. Spatters of something red, hoping it was wine not vomit or blood, on bathroom wall, filthy taps, mould in shower, handle on bathroom door came of in my hand, luckily on the outside of the bathroom, not inside!

The hotel itself its not so good. The best in the Hotel is the Staff top. Friendly Front desk staff. Housekeeping attentive and friendly.

There was no heating in the room. It was ice cold when I entered the room. Eventually I noticed a small hot air space-heater, which I did not dare to leave on to heat the room as I left for the evening, so I returned to sleep in an ice-cold room, leaving the space-heater on during the night. the shower did not close at the bottom, making the floor entirely wet. I had to use all the towels to dry the room, leaving me with no towel to use in the morning. The floor was obviously damaged from getting wet multiple times. The curtains were not hung all the way and were hanging off one side, and the closet had only one shelf that was not stable.

The set-up was ok. Bed, bathroom with shower.

Unfortunately, it needs a renovation since most furniture was old, dirty and damaged. The elevator was not working properly and there was a smell of weed almost everywhere in the building.

At 1st glance the room really looked nice but then we started noticing little things like mold on the walls, stained bedsheets, malfunctioning shower head with no hot water the 1st day and to top all that off our neighbour kept blasting music until 4am. But i guess that what u get for booking a room in that neighbourhood.

Lack of maintenance everywhere. Elevator not working, breakfast closed for renovations. One curtain missing. Sink not working properly. Shower drains blocked. No space where to put a laptop for work in your room. My room was in front of the main road and it was a bit noisy.

Check in was really good. I arrived quite late and Ismael at the reception was professional and handled everything very smoothly. The room is clean and the size is ok. WiFi it's good.

There was broken furniture in the room, and it felt crowded. Some of the items that were there are not needed. Some of the furniture does not fit well in the room. I also did not like the location of the hotel

The bed was comfortable and the room warmed up quickly. The wifi worked without a glitch

The door key wasn't working. I was in a 5th floor and had to go downstairs to ask the receptionist to open my door every time

Windows didn't close enough so there was enough noise. The heating device was broken. For 4 days they didn't change towels and sheets. I found used rowel in the bathroom.

Very unclean. Holes and stains in the bedsheets, stains all over the walls, the shower was gross, just overall very grubby. There was no heating system; it didn’t work. There was a small heater above the bathroom door that did not emit much heat, I had to keep it on for 4 solid hours before it became warm enough, and I was quite literally shivering for most of my stay as it was -4 outside. In this kind of weather it’s ridiculous to not have a working heating system in a hotel! I had to wear 4 layers of clothes to be able to sleep. It was honestly horrible.

The staff were nice and helpful and the location was decent.

A bit outdated. The room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom was very very dirty. It had a certain odour and it lacked some certain basic amenities.

The location was alright. Alot to do/see around, and they have a private parking garage.

No towels.. the bed was full of hairs....no telephone in the room...the guy at the front desk was weird ( he seemed high)
