The staff were absolutely charming upon my arrival. But the persons at check-out need to change their manner towards guests.

The bedroom was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel in Brussels.

My room window was near some kind of neon sign that flashed all night long which meant I had to close the drapes completely (which I generally do not like to do). The gym opening times were not good for a business traveller. I like to get in a workout at 05:30. The gym opened at 08:00 if I recall correcly.

Location is good - middle of center - manneken pis walkable distance - metro is 100meters away - all the restaurants are nearby - Grand Place is walking distance - very nice and instagrammable property - breakfast is awesome - live counter for omlette available - roof top garden is amazing - Panoramic view is superb from the rooftop garden - Atomium is visible from rooftop garden - people for shopping will love the place - Belgian waffle, fries all are nearby just 150 meters - zara , h&m, local restaurants and shops are near

Restaurant personnel in the hotel (chief of staff) was not very kind when I wanted to buy a beer. Restaurant was closed at 10 p.m. and till this time there was no possibility to buy even drink. Unfortunately hotel bar at the 9th floor was closed at this time too, but bartender did an exception and prepared me very good gin tonic 👌…. I recommend to have a possibility of open bar longer than now

Very good localization, near to Gran Place. In the room I had iron which was useful. Reception personnel was very helpful and nice, as well as bartender on 9th floor in the sky bar. Fantastic breakfast, rich and with beautiful view from the top of the building

I booked superior room, it felt it requires some serious cleaning. The window and its frame, the walls and floor was stainy, it felt a bit like no one has been living there for a while. The room was facing a not busy street, still i was hearing every discussion from people walking (it was 4th floor). Not sure what the difference is between superior and premium rooms (in addition to price), on the booking.com site pictures of the room are identical), so i was dissappointed when i got there.A bit misleading.

Staff were rude. Coffee facilities poor and not stocked. No clean glasses were available. There is no place to get water in the gym.

Perfect location. Property is located in the city center, next to the famous Shubert shopping gallery. Very clear, comfortable hotel with helpful staff, quiet places, perfect for leisure.

The shower & sink in our room were slow to drain.

We booked a room only for our stay however we were offered a complimentary breakfast as this was our third stay at this hotel. A pleasant surprise and much appreciated.
