The location was great - it was easy to get to all the main sights. The beds were big and very comfy. The unit was very clean. The host did a great job of communicating to us, how to take a free shuttle from the train station to the hotel. We included breakfast and it was great!

Bathroom and shower floor extremely slippery. Anti-slip mat in shower would be helpful.

Lots of character, inside and out. Opposite of sterile chain hotels. Immaculate in our room, breakfast area, and laundrette! Great breakfast. Note: the only egg preparation is boiled. My soft boiled eggs were cooked perfectly. When the last weekend of Easter school holidays was over, the town center was much more pleasant.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise, you can hear everything from the room upstairs So this I didn't like

Parking was a bit of an issue although the owner did help us to resolve this; it was expensive though at 24 euros for one night at the hotel. The room was quite small for three of us, but we expected this. This slight drawback was offset by the superb location. The only real issue we had was on New Year's Eve the fire alarm went off. All the guests evacuated the building but there were no staff available at the hotel for about half an hour. Eventually we were allowed back in after the building had been checked but we were standing outside in the cold for quite a while with no means of contacting the owners.

The location was superb, five minutes from the central square at Bruges. Breakfast was excellent too; there was a wide selection of quality items. The room was decent and the ceiling was very artistic! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had some issues with the booking, they cancelled with 3 days to go due to a card error through booking.com and then I was forced to rebook for £70 more. They didn’t reply to my message about this. Also the receptionist we met on arrival was a bit grumpy

The location was great (literally next to the main square) and the view from room 34 is outstanding! It’s of the clock tower! The cleaner was also really friendly 😊

The location of the hotel was excellent, only a few meters away from the main square. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We read the reviews about the breakfast and decided to try it - it is definitely a must!

The place was clean but our bathroom wasn’t. There was funny smell and it was because they didn’t empty the bin in the bathroom and the people prior left woman’s used sanitary products there, and the toilet waste also leaked.

Hotel was in an amazing location just above the main square in Brugge. We stayed in a suite and this was perfect for the family, having two rooms plus a small kitchen area which proved very useful. Also had a very useful small lift for the suites with ours being on the third floor.

Nothing to dislike only it was very cold and we couldn’t get the aircon working properly so that was our only gripe. It did work better on send day so we heated up a little.

The location was great, just around the corner from the main square but nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed. We had the 2 bed apartment, no.4 on the top floor and it was one room with a large unit dividing the two beds so not really two rooms. It was fine for two people but maybe not for two couples!

It was not a typical hotel room where 24/7 someone was at the reception. Next door to the hotel not in the same building where breakfast was served and where the reception was. Reception not present 24/7.

There wasn't a wide range of options for breakfast, what they did they did well! There is a fair bit of noise from the street but we're quite heavy sleepers luckily

The location was fantastic! 2 minute walk to the market Square. The bed was very comfy and the WiFi was strong.
