Beautiful hotel location. The elevator was temporarily not working and our room was in the attic. Please take into consideration that the parking lot is not at the hotel but a few meters away.

We stayed at a family room (two floors, beds upstairs) with roof windows. At wintertime the downstairs area was a bit dark and an extra lamp/lightning would be nice. A new cover for the couch would refresh it, but nothing major.

The breakfast was good and included all those things we wanted. Location was excellent: main square was very close and the train station only 10-15 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We visited Leuven in the beginning of Dec. and the Christmas lights were so beautiful, escpecially the Town Hall.

The breakfast options were quite basic, not too much to choose from (but overall ok if you stay a day or two)

Friendly staff and a very central location. It is my second time at this place, and I enjoyed it overall; yet if you are a sensitive sleeper, ask for a room facing the inner yard, the previous time my windows faced the street and the sound isolation is not too good, I was constantly disturbed by some noise.

If the window is left ajar , there will be some road noise.Some furniture showing signs of some wear and tear in the room,e.g on chair but nothing major.

The location is very central, approx 10-15min walk from the Leuven train/bus station and very close to the main square, with plenty of restaurants. The room was large (paid extra) and clean, and complementary water was welcomed. There is also a great selection of food and drinks at breakfast.

Room constantly had very unpleasant odor both from cleaning agents and from restourant kitchen on the ground floor. Room had poor lightning (high ceiling and just couple of week lamps)

Hotel has great location and is a perfect stay for one night if you want to visit main sightseeing places. Beds were good, bathroom was new and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Location was perfect. Short walk to the railway station and the historic centre. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. My room was large and had a lovely street view. It's an older style hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would choose this hotel to stay at again in Leuven

Seems like the building is quite old, which means that sometimes I could hear my neighbors laughing or coughing. Which wasn’t a problem at all, cause the building is very beautiful.

The location is perfect. I could easily get to the main station on foot. Bars and shops are all around. Great view! Temperature in the room was on spot! Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was a great pleasure having them around.
